Job Description :

1.Technical Sales Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets for equipment and elevator systems. Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations for prospective and existing clients. Provide detailed technical and application advice to customers on equipment and elevator solutions. 2. Customer Engagement Identify and assess customer needs through site visits, consultations, and discussions. Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, and technical documentation. Maintain and build relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. 3. Project Management Oversee the technical aspects of sales projects from inception to completion, ensuring all specifications and requirements are met. Collaborate with engineering and installation teams to ensure successful project delivery. Address and resolve technical issues that arise during the sales process or order finalization. 4. Market Analysis Monitor and analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and threats. Provide insights and recommendations to enhance product offerings and sales strategies. 5. Reporting and Documentation Maintain records of sales activities, customer interactions, and project status in the CRM system. Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics for management review.

- Work with the CEO and department heads to identify leadership gaps and development priorities.
- Implement targeted training and mentoring programs for managers and high-potential employees.

4. Employee Engagement & Relations
- Build and promote engagement programs that enhance morale, retention, and collaboration.
- Manage employee grievances and conflict resolution with professionalism and empathy.
- Advise employees and management to foster a transparent and trust-based work environment
5. HR Policy & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, labor laws, and HR governance practices.
- Update, communicate, and enforce HR policies, employee handbooks, and agreements.
- Strengthen HR audits, documentation, and compliance readiness.
6. Performance Management
- Lead performance appraisal cycles, KRAs/KPIs alignment, and goal-setting frameworks.
- Train managers on feedback delivery and capability-based performance reviews.
- Ensure data-driven performance outcomes that support growth, rewards, and development.
7. Learning & Development
- Conduct training needs analysis and coordinate tailored learning interventions.
- Manage in-house and external learning programs, workshops, and skill-building initiatives.
- Track training effectiveness and ensure alignment with business needs.
8. Payroll & Benefits Administration
- Oversee accurate and timely payroll processing with statutory compliance.
- Manage benefits including health insurance, leave, and employee welfare programs.
- Recommend improvements in compensation and benefits structure.
9. Strategic HR Planning
- Align HR strategy with organizational priorities and long-term workforce planning.
- Drive manpower planning, succession planning, and organizational restructuring efforts.
- Support change management initiatives and operational scalability.
10. Executive Support
- Assist the CEO/ DTs/TLs in strategic initiatives, organizational planning, and decision-making.
- Execute special cross-functional projects as directed by leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelors or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5–10 years of progressive HR experience with leadership responsibilities.
- Strong command of HR best practices, labor law, and people development methodologies.
Preferred Skills & Experience
- Experience in Renewable Energy, IT, IoT, Engineering/Manufacturing environments.
- Exposure to organizational transformation, culture-building, and scale-up environments.
Role and Responsibilities
- Collaborate with multiple partners of project and act as a bridge between technical and business team
- Expertise with development along with having an ability to have team-members driven
- Identify and address technical problems and propose creative solution that would bring value to projects
- Work closely with Program manager, UX and Business teams on Estimation, timelines and delivery risks and issues
- Facilitate and drive technical discussion on requirement and change requests

Must Have
- Minimum 8 years of UI experience.
- Having built complex (not Proof of Concepts) solutions on both React and Angular applications. Not familiarity but expertise is what is being looked for in both
- Build applications using HTML5, using JavaScript frameworks such as React.JS, Angular, Vue.js, CSS 3
- Having experience of Technology shift and migration
- Create/build real-time systems with high concurrency

Key Responsibilities:
Purchase Order Processing:
Prepare and review purchase orders from various departments or individuals within the organization.
Verify the accuracy and completeness of purchase orders, ensuring they are properly authorized and comply with company policies.
Enter purchase order details into the accounting system (Tally Prime)
Invoice Verification and Processing:
Gather invoices and match them with corresponding purchase orders and delivery receipts.
Verify the accuracy of invoices, including quantities, prices, and applicable taxes.
Resolve discrepancies or issues with invoices by communicating with vendors, procurement, and other internal stakeholders.
Coordinate with vendors to resolve any payment-related inquiries or issues.
Engage in Warehousing activities related to invoices and inventory.
Vendor Relationship Management:
Develop and maintain positive relationships with vendors, responding to inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
Ensure vendor accounts are accurately maintained in the accounting system, including contact information and payment terms.
Communicate payment schedules to vendors and provide remittance advice as required.
Reporting and Reconciliation:
Prepare periodic reports related to accounts payable, such as the outstanding creditor's reports, vendor ageing payables, and vendor statements.
Reconcile vendor statements with accounts payable records, investigating and resolving any discrepancies.
