UX Designer

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role in Bengaluru for a Full Stack Python Developer at Euphoric Thought Technologies Pvt. Ltd. The developer will be responsible for back-end and front-end web development, software development, full-stack development, and using Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) to build effective and efficient applications.

• Code Optimization: Proficient in profiling and optimizing Python code.

Main Responsibilities: 

1. Admin Support 

• Help the sales team with daily tasks 

• Manage their meetings, travel plans, and appointments 

• Prepare and share sales reports, proposals, and presentations 

2. Customer Support 

• Keep customer records and databases updated 

• Answer customer questions and resolve their issues politely 

• Follow up on orders, deliveries, and payments 

3. Sales Coordination 

• Manage the sales process from order to delivery 

• Ensure orders are handled correctly and on time 

• Check stock levels and ensure product availability 

4. Telecalling & Lead Generation 

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce company services 

• Generate and qualify new leads through calls, emails, and online platforms 

• Maintain a database of prospects and track follow-ups 

• Schedule meetings or demos for the sales team with interested leads 

• Work towards achieving lead generation and conversion targets 

5. Communication & Teamwork 

• Coordinate with departments like marketing, accounts, and logistics 

• Ensure smooth communication within the team and with clients 

• Support in planning meetings, events, and exhibitions 

6. Data Handling & Reports  

• Collect and analyze sales data to identify trends 

• Assist in preparing sales targets and budgets 

• Generate reports to support business planning 

Qualifications: 

Education: Bachelor's degree in any field 

Experience: Minimum 2 years in a similar role (sales support/telecalling) 

Skills Required: 

Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) 

Strong verbal and written communication skills 

Good convincing and negotiation skills 

Ability to handle telecalling and lead conversion

• Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates through job portals, social media, and other channels.
• Conduct initial candidate assessments, coordinate interview schedules, and facilitate communication with candidates.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and job postings as needed.
• Support the recruitment team in managing candidate pipelines and ensuring timely follow-ups.
• Engage in outreach to passive candidates, understand their career interests, and inform them about open roles.
• Help create and maintain job descriptions and other recruitment-related documents.
• Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions to enhance recruitment strategies.

• At least 3 years of experience in Workday HCM and 2 years in Core Compensation is required.
• Hands-on experience in Advanced Compensation is a big plus.

• Basic understanding of Workday reporting and its relationship with HCM domain.

As a Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining custom e-commerce solutions on the Shopify platform. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy scalable and efficient Shopify-based applications.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and customize Shopify themes and templates to meet specific client requirements.

- Implement front-end designs using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, ensuring responsiveness and optimal user experience.

- Utilize Shopify Liquid template language to build dynamic and interactive web pages.

- Extend Shopify functionality by integrating third-party apps and plugins.

What you need to have:

• 2 to 6 years of strong hands-on experience building applications on the web platform with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
• Experience in building responsive web apps using JavaScript
