
Key Responsibilities:
User Research & Analysis:
- Conduct in-depth user research to understand user needs, behaviours, and pain points through interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
- Analyse qualitative and quantitative data to inform design decisions and improve user experience.
- Create user personas, journey maps, and scenarios to guide the design process.
Wireframing & Prototyping:
- Develop low and high-fidelity wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes using tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, UI designers, and developers, to translate concepts into functional prototypes.
User Testing & Feedback:
- Plan and conduct usability tests to validate design choices and ensure solutions meet user needs.
- Gather feedback through user testing sessions, A/B testing, and iterate designs based on data-driven insights.
Information Architecture & Interaction Design:
- Create intuitive navigation structures and layouts that align with user expectations and business goals.
- Design seamless user flows, ensuring that all interactions are logical and provide a smooth user experience.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with developers to ensure that user experience goals are realized in the final product.
- Present UX design solutions to stakeholders, gathering feedback and incorporating it into the design process.
Continuous Improvement:
- Stay updated with the latest UX trends, techniques, and tools to enhance design processes.
- Continuously iterate on designs based on user feedback, metrics, and industry best practices.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in UX design with a strong portfolio that demonstrates a range of user-centered design practices.
- Proficiency in UX design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or Axure.
- Experience with user research and usability testing tools like UserTesting, Lookback, and Optimal Workshop.
- Familiarity with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Hotjar to analyze user behavior.

About the role:
