Job Description :

We are looking for a highly skilled and passionate Full Stack Developer with strong experience in Node.js and React.js, and a solid understanding of Microservices Architecture.

This is a full-time, on-site opportunity based in Gurgaon, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced development environment.

Mandatory Skills :

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable web applications using Node.js (backend) and React.js (frontend).
• Build and integrate RESTful APIs and Microservices in a production-grade environment.
• Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and performance optimizations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UI/UX designers, QA, DevOps, and product managers.
• Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code adhering to best practices.
• Ensure system reliability, security, scalability, and performance.
• Debug and resolve production issues efficiently.

Must-Have Skills :

• 5+ Years of full-stack development experience with Node.js and React.js.
• Strong expertise in JavaScript, ES6+, HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design.
• Solid hands-on experience in Microservices Architecture and containerized services (Docker, Kubernetes is a plus).
• Proficiency in RESTful API development and integration.
• Experience with databases such as MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.
• Familiarity with version control tools like Git and CI/CD pipelines.
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Good to Have :

• Knowledge of authentication/authorization mechanisms (OAuth, JWT).
• Exposure to cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Familiarity with testing frameworks such as Jest, Mocha, or Cypress.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop backend services using Node.js, including API orchestration and integration with AI/ML services.

- Implement frontend redaction features using Redact.js, integrated into React.js dashboards.

- Collaborate with AI/ML engineers to embed intelligent feedback and behavioral analysis.

- Build secure, multi-tenant systems with role-based access control (RLS).

- Optimize performance for real-time audio analysis and transcript synchronization.

- Participate in agile grooming sessions and contribute to architectural decisions.

Required Skills :

- Experience with React.js or similar annotation/redaction libraries.

- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, React.js, and Material-UI.

- Familiarity with Azure services, SQL, and authentication protocols (SSO, JWT).

- Experience with secure session management and data protection standards.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Exposure to AI/ML workflows and Python-based services.

- Experience with Livekit or similar real-time communication platforms.

- Familiarity with Power BI and accessibility standards (WCGA).

  Your profile:

• Experience of different data stores and search engine solutions like Apache Solr or Elasticsearch and designing and implementing API web services (RESTful and SOAP-based)

• Primary responsibility is to take up product development as a full stack developer and ability to work with the larger product team, arrive at best architectural approach, choose most appropriate frameworks, code and deliver
