US Business Development Executive

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Flutter Developer with a strong background in FinTech mobile application development and end-to-end iOS and Android

deployment.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for building secure, scalable, and high- performance cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter while ensuring

seamless iOS build configuration, provisioning, and App Store release

processes. You will collaborate closely with backend engineers, product managers, and QA teams to deliver reliable financial solutions that meet strict security and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

·  Design and develop high-quality cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter for Android and iOS.

·  Convert Flutter apps into production-ready iOS builds using Xcode and Apple Developer tools.

·  Manage iOS provisioning profiles, certificates, and app signing

processes.

·  Integrate payment gateways, wallet systems, and secure financial APIs.

·  Implement secure authentication, biometric login, encryption, and secure local storage for sensitive financial data.

·  Collaborate with backend teams to integrate RESTful APIs and GraphQL services.

·  Troubleshoot native iOS issues, dependency conflicts, CocoaPods

integration, and build pipelines.

·  Optimize application performance, UI responsiveness, and state

management.

·  Ensure compliance with PCI DSS, GDPR, and other FinTech security

standards.

·  Participate in App Store and Google Play deployment, including metadata preparation and release management.

Required Qualifications & Skills

·  5+ years of mobile application development experience.

·  3+ years of hands-on experience with Flutter and Dart.

·  Strong proficiency in Dart, Flutter SDK, and modern mobile architecture

patterns.

·  Experience building and releasing iOS apps using Xcode and App Store Connect.

·  Experience integrating FinTech APIs such as payments, KYC, wallet, or transaction systems.

·  Strong knowledge of secure authentication, encryption, and secure data storage.

·  Experience with state management solutions such as: Provider,

Riverpod, Bloc, GetX

·  Understanding of iOS project configuration, CocoaPods, and Apple

Developer workflows.

·  Experience with unit testing and widget testing in Flutter.

Preferred Qualifications

·  Experience with native iOS or Android development (Swift, Kotlin, or

Objective-C).

·  Experience with Firebase services (Authentication, Push Notifications,

Analytics).

·  Knowledge of GraphQL integration with Flutter.

· Experience working with Flutter animations and performance optimization.

• Good hands-on knowledge on Core ABAP and OOABAP

• Must have Implementation and Migration to S4HANA.

• Conduct client meetings, technical presentations, and product demonstrations to explain UPS features and value propositions.
• Work closely with customers to understand their requirements, load profiles, and site conditions to recommend the right solutions.
• Coordinate with application engineers, service teams, and OEMs for solution design and project execution.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, facility managers, IT managers, and procurement teams.

About the role and responsibilities

The UI/UX designer’s role encompasses a couple of the following responsibilities.

To be able to communicate and tell stories with animations

To understand, conceptualise and create storyboards for micro-animations and animations before the final animation

Working alongside UI/UX designers to enhance the experience of digital products

Frequently identify opportunities where motion design would enhance the user experience in digital solutions

Create high quality, creative and innovative animations in 2D and/or 3D

To have a keen interest in learning new tools and expand their horizon of knowledge

About the requirement

The UI/UX designer should have the following abilities

Proven motion design experience and a diverse portfolio to showcase one’s work

Strong storytelling skills and a solid foundation in the fundamentals of visual and motion design

Display the ability to work in different styles

Proficient in softwares like After Effects(presets and plugins), Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, etc.

A keen eye for design aesthetics and details

Able to articulate ideas, both written and spoken, to drive impact

Good communication skills

Ability to work methodically and meet work in a fast-paced environment

The ability to create illustrations will be a plus

Prior experience with product company or digital products will be a plus

Degree / Certification in Design, Fine Arts or related field is a plus

• Design/Execute test cases (manual & automated) and analyze results, cross-browser / cross-device

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an automated QA tester is a plus
• Proven work experience in software quality assurance  
• Experience in Selenium Framework Creation/Maintenance with Java or any other automation tool apart from Selenium is a plus
• QA experience in Android / iOS apps
• Experience testing API/REST services
• Experienced with test case creation and execution to cover Functional, Regression, Integration, and E2E testing.
• Familiarity with Agile frameworks and regression testing
• Knowledge of using NoSQL/SQL, JMeter, Selenium
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
• Working knowledge of test management software (e.g. Jira, qTest, QC, QA tech, Bugzilla)
• Experience with performance and/or security testing is a plus
• Analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude
• Payments, Payment Gateway, Fintech, Ecommerce domain knowledge - preferred

   Primary Responsibilities

• Full understanding of the PIM data model
• Create conceptual data models, data flow documentation and user workflow processes

• Complete analysis needed to normalize and harmonize data attributes for the PIM and Data Governance tool

• Support needed for data governance documentation such as data dictionary and data lineage

• Lead discovery meetings with business owners to evaluate current PIM system and processes to document a recommended solution design of PIM for stakeholder review

• Document business requirements for data attributes, taxonomy, hierarchy, workflow and procedures in the PIM

• Leveraging agreed to solution design to configure the PIM system with the needed attributes, business rules, validations and workflow to ensure the business need is satisfied

• Define test cases and develop and execute test plans
• Identify and communicate the level of effort associated to new requirements that are received to be leveraged to establish release schedule for new demand

• 2-3 years' relevant experience required; 5- 7 years' work experience preferred
