US Business Development Executive

Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports

Responsibilities:

• Develop Ansible playbooks and Python-based automation.
• Build API integrations and automate enterprise workflows.
• Automate network device configurations and orchestration.

• Troubleshoot automation workflows and optimize performance.
• Work closely with stakeholders in an Agile environment.

Criteria

Mandatory

• Strong Product / Business Analytics profile, with a focus on B2C digital products
• Mandatory (Experience 1): Must have 4+ YOE in Consumer analytics for Product / Marketing / Business / Consumer behaviour Insights for B2C Products (Don't want logistics, operations or supply-chain focused analytics profiles, they should have worked on consumer-side analytics)
• Mandatory (Experience 2): Must have hands-on experience with data analysis tools (SQL, Excel, Python, R)
• Mandatory (Experience 3): Must have hands-on experience with KPI dashboard creation and visualization platforms (Tableau, Power BI among others) for effective reporting at various organizational levels
• Mandatory (Experience 4): Proven ability to translate and communicate complex analytical concepts into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders
• Mandatory (Company): B2C product companies offering digital / Tech products (such as Fintech, EdTech, AdTech, TravelTech)
• Mandatory (Exclusion): Avoid all e-commerce companies like Meesho, Amazon, Flipkart, Swiggy, as their scope of work is limited and irrelevant to their requirement.
• Note: Candidates must be from B2C tech product companies where the core user experience is driven by the technology itself—not from companies like Ola, Swiggy, Zepto, Zomato, Uber, where the user experience is shaped by a tangible service (e.g., food delivery or cab rides).
• Mandatory (Stability): Minimum 2 years per role required. One short stint is acceptable if there’s a long tenure (eg: 5+ years) in a prior role. Frequent job changes are straight rejects.
• Note: Total years of experience must not exceed 6 years.

Requirements:

·       Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).

·       Minimum of 4 years of professional Python development experience.

·       Strong expertise in Django framework and its ecosystem.

·       Proficiency in web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and front-end frameworks.

·       Experience with database systems like PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.

·       Knowledge of RESTful API design and integration.

·       Familiarity with version control systems, especially Git.

·       Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.

·       Strong communication and collaboration skills.

·       Self-motivated and able to work independently or in a team.

·       Experience with React.js and Docker is a plus.

6. Experience working with React.js, Next.js, Node.js, HTML, CSS, Redux, TypeScript
7. Stellar problem solving and research skills with the ability to design scalable systems
8. Exposure with AWS/GCP, Docker, Kubernetes and CI/CD Setups
9. Experience in functional, L& P and security testing
