Role: Visual/Graphic Designer

Rite KnowledgeLabs is hiring a Graphic Designer to create visually compelling brand and marketing designs for top MNCs and Indian brands.

Key Responsibilities

• Create designs for digital campaigns, social media, presentations, brochures, infographics, and marketing collateral. 
• Develop creative concepts and visual assets that align with brand guidelines and project objectives. 
• Translate business and content strategies into visually engaging stories. 
• Collaborate with the content, marketing, and web design teams to ensure design consistency. 
• Adapt and optimize designs for multiple formats (web, social, print). 
• Present design ideas and rationales to internal teams and clients. 

Key Requirements

• Design Expertise: Strong portfolio in graphic design, including digital creatives, print materials, branding, and marketing communication. 
• Technical Skills: Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and tools like Canva or Figma (added advantage). 
• Creative Proficiency: Solid grasp of color theory, typography, layout design, illustration, and visual hierarchy. 
• Adaptability: Ability to design for diverse formats — from social media graphics to corporate presentations. 
• Attention to Detail: Keen eye for aesthetics, balance, and brand alignment. 

Qualifications 

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Commercial Art, Fine Arts, or a related field from a reputed design school. 
• Professional Experience: 0–3 years of experience in graphic design for digital and/or print media. 
• Freshers with a strong design portfolio are welcome.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts for trading applications.

- Work with product owners and business analysts to understand and write the acceptance test cases.

- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and create test plans.

- Perform regression, performance, and end to end testing to ensure software reliability.

- Identify, document, and track defects using appropriate tools and methodologies.

- Maintain and enhance existing test automation frameworks for both frontend and backend.

- Report on coverage, functionality, defect aging, closure reports to the stakeholders so that they know the stability of releases.

- Integrate automation cases into CI/CD pipelines

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- Proven 3+ Years experience in automation testing for web and backend applications.

- Strong knowledge of testing frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, JUnit, TestNG, Playwright).

- Experience with API testing tools (e.g., Postman, SoapUI, RestAssured).

- Familiarity with programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.

- Understanding of basic SQL queries to validate data in the databases

- Understanding of CI/CD processes and tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI).

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

- Prior experience with trading applications or core financial services related applications is a big plus

We are looking for a PHP Developer responsible for managing back-end services and the interchange of data between the server and the users.

Responsibilities and duties:

• Develop, record, and maintain cutting edge web-based PHP applications on portal plus premium service platforms.
• Ensure HTML, CSS, and shared JavaScript is valid and consistent across applications.
• Utilize backend data service.

Skills and Knowledge:

• Strong knowledge of PHP
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, etc
• Writing well designed, testable, efficient code by using best software development practices
• Knowledge of WordPress, Laravel, and CodeIgniter (preferred)

Roles & Responsibility

• You will be responsible for handling multiple processes and LOBs.
• Duties may include, taking part in planning, organizing and directing the work of leads or others, strategize and drive leads to execute procedures on work received, to estimate time on new jobs received, to check accuracy/quality of classification done, to ensure records are maintained accurately, and to ensure utilization (or related metrics) of team is high.
• As an operations manager, you would be responsible for managing a team of associates and would have Leads reporting into you.
• Work with various teams to formulate strategy, seek automation opportunities and leverage technologies.
• Work with internal teams to develop creative and best-in-class compliance business processes that can scale up.
  Leverage data to continuously improve.
• Link all the programs to business metrics and build solutions keeping that in mind.
