About the Role :

We're looking for a skilled IT Security professional with strong experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Office 365 (O365/M365). The role involves securing access, managing user identities, and administering O365 services across a hybrid cloud environment.

Mandatory Skills :

O365/M365, Azure AD, IAM, Conditional Access, MFA, Defender for O365, RBAC, DLP, PowerShell, Strong Communication

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage Azure AD, Conditional Access, MFA, and RBAC policies.
• Administer O365 services – SharePoint, Teams, PowerApps.
• Configure Defender for O365, DLP policies, and compliance settings.
• Automate tasks using PowerShell, support user lifecycle processes.
• Handle access audits, incident response, and IAM/O365 tool upgrades.
• Collaborate with internal teams on security and operational enhancements.

Good to Have :

• Microsoft Certification (e.g., MS-102)
• Experience with Microsoft Graph API and SIEM log integration

• Reviewing the portfolio monitoring/ early warning signals mechanism on ongoing basis
• Monitoring internal and external data points that may affect the risk level of a decision
• Aggregating data from multiple sources to provide a comprehensive assessment
• Coming up with the solution to reduce risks
• Bringing fresh ideas to the table and being keen observers of trends on analytics and financial services industry
• Creating reports, summaries, presentations and process documents to display results

Desired Candidate Profile

• Building components for the company's advanced health tech platform using Java, Solr, SpringBoot, DialogFlow
• Communicating effectively in a cross-functional product development team and present ideas and solutions effectively
• Participating in technical planning and requirements gathering phases including design, code, test, troubleshoot, and document engineering software applications
• Developing the Code as per the requirements
• Working with product team and constructing the tech roadmap
• Designing, building and scaling the company's backend microservices
• Maintaining code integrity and organization
• Applying all quality requirements to make the code production ready
• Developing and deploying new features to facilitate related procedures and tools if necessary
• Developing documentation related to technical aspects and to facilitate current support, development, upgrades, or migrations
• Designing and building efficient, reusable, and reliable Java code
• Pro actively catching and fixing bugs, and providing support for the back end services

We are hiring a  Flutter developer to engineer applications that will run across Android, iOS, and the web. We are looking for someone passionate about performance, reliability, and design with the experience and credentials to back up that passion. Someone who can take ownership of applications, solve technical challenges and take pride in their solutions and code.

The ideal candidate will have experience building native applications, JavaScript knowledge, and a portfolio of applications already published either in the app store or self-hosted.

You’ll be a key member of the team tasked with contributing to a number of high-value projects within Marj Technologies.

Qualifications

• Have two or more iOS/Android apps developed with Flutter. Either deployed on the AppStore/Google Play or available on Github.

• Over one year of experience with developing Flutter applications for mobile and web.

• Experience with third-party libraries and APIs.

• Understanding of the Agile development life-cycle.

• Experience with automated testing and building.

• Experience with Git and Github.

• Proven experience in writing readable code, creating extensive documentation for

  existing code and refactoring previously written code.

• Well-versed with Flutter Null Safety and Bloc architecture.

• Good communication & Problem-solving skills.

• Review and analyze system specifications
• Collaborate with Developers to develop effective strategies and test plans
• Execute test cases (manual or automated) and analyze results
• Evaluate product code according to specifications
• Create logs to document testing phases and defects

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Tester or similar role
• Experience in project management and QA methodology
• Familiarity with Agile frameworks and regression testing is a plus
• Ability to document and troubleshoot errors
• Working knowledge of test management software (e.g. qTest, Zephyr) and SOQL
• Excellent communication skills
• Attention to detail

Job Summary:

The Dynamics 365 Business Central/NAV Solution Architect is responsible for leading the technical direction on Microsoft Dynamics 365 BC and NAV development projects. Working with Product Management, NAV Consultants, Project Managers, and others on preparing estimates and Custom Development. The ability to scope out work, manage and in some cases delegate and oversee other developers work. Quality control and testing.

In addition to the necessary skills and experience to perform the responsibilities outlined above, there are several traits that a successful candidate will possess.

• Accounting Knowledge
• Functional/Technical design documents creation and testing of core Dynamics 365 Business Central Apps
• Work with internal stakeholders to understand the functional requirements and scope out modifications and custom development
• Convert functional requirements to technical specifications and design documents
• Make technical recommendations for installation, modifications and custom development
