Job Description • Conduct initial screening interviews, telephone interviews, and/or face-to-face interviews with prospective applicants • Assist with recommendations to hiring manager on candidate hire, and partner with appropriate stakeholders to offer competitive compensation packages and facilitate negotiation with candidates • Ensure the maintenance of accurate and concise records and reports concerning all phases of the recruitment process, working within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and HRIS tools • Maintain consistent standards for all applicants and ensure compliance with all local rules and regulations related to hiring and recruiting • Responsible for developing and applying an in-depth knowledge of the job specifications to include experience, skills, and behavioral competencies needed for success in each role • Promote the Company image to candidates and external service providers and ensures that the Company is represented in the most accurate and appropriate way to all candidates and personally drives the highest standards of ethical behavior for all involved in the recruiting process Skills & Requirements • 2+ years full cycle recruiting experience in the technology industry • Experience closing entry-to-management level roles • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet timelines on deliverables • Collaborate with ease across multiple time zones in a global environment • Self-starter, sense of urgency, works well under pressure, ability to work in high-velocity environment • Sense of professionalism and ability to develop relationships • Strong attention to detail • Ability to handle and maintain confidential information • Bachelor's Degree preferred • Bonus: experience with both technical and non-technical roles, as well as diversity & inclusion recruiting

Responsibilities • Understand the client's requirement and arrive at a hiring plan • Write and post technical job descriptions • Source potential candidates from all platforms. • Candidate management and control through the lifecycle • Parse specialized skills and qualifications to screen IT resumes • Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants abilities • Coordinate with IT team leaders to forecast department goals and hiring needs • Craft and send personalized recruiting emails with current job openings to passive candidates • Conduct job and task analyses to document job duties and requirements • Keep up-to-date with new technological trends and products Requirements • Proven work experience as a Technical Recruiter or Recruiter • Hands-on experience with various interview formats (e.g. phone, Skype and structured) • Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Willingness to work against revenue driven targets

Experience:

 Good knowledge on MS excel
 Market Research and Business development is an additional advantage
 Bachelor’s degree in human resource management (or related field)

Looking for Talent acquisition specialist who has experience in end to end recruitment cycle.
Should have good communication skills
Should be able to handle F2F interviews 

Roles & Responsibilities:-

• Create and maintain new hire and personnel files and enter them into Human Resources Information Systems.
• Assist with orientation of new employees.
• Ensure accurate maintenance of all employee records and files (e.g., interview documents, ).
• Support processing and maintenance of payroll records in accordance with policies and procedures, as necessary.
• Generate Human Resources data reports as necessary Answer phone calls and record messages.
• Create and type office correspondence using computer.
• Serve as Human Resources subject matter expert and participate on project teams.
• Day to day operations of the HR function
• End to End Recruitment process like Sourcing of candidates from job portals, taking care of interview and selection process.
• HR Administration (eg. leave management, employee database, salary inputs, training history cards)
