We're Codebuddy. We are a product engineering services company based out of Kolkata, with an office in Pune. We work with clients from different industries on a daily basis, and so far, we have worked with 120+ clients in the span of just 5 years.
Our team’s average age is 26 years. So, you get an idea of how young and energetic our team is, full of life and enthusiasm.
If you choose to join us, you’d be working in our team of 4 design ninjas. Our designs have helped startups to get acquired, even get through to Y-Combinator. So, you can clearly see the impact that our designs create.
What's the role?
01 You’ll get crude requirements and you translate those documents into understandable user journeys and wireframes, without breaking a sweat.
02 You craft mind-boggling user interfaces that would make even Picasso jealous.
03 You create beautiful lottie animations based on the project's needs.
04 You hand off your designs to the developers perfectly and make sure they don’t hate you.
05 You occasionally conduct user interviews and testing, because we build the products for them.

Requirements
Personality:
01:- Strong communication skills, because we appreciate a good joke, but we also need you to explain why you chose Comic Sans.
02:- We would like you to be able to work independently, with minimal supervision. We expect you to be Atma-nirbhar.
03:- We expect you to have the ability to charm the client, make the logo bigger, and even make the design a rainbow upon request.
04:- A can-do attitude, with attention to detail and a sense of humor. We like our candidates to be funny and sharp!
Technical:
01:- We know that you are going to apply anyway. But, we prefer 2+ years of UI/UX design experience.
02:- Proficiency in design tools like Figma, and Adobe CC Suite. Also, if you don’t use autolayout, this is where you close this tab.
03:- A portfolio that makes us say, "So beautiful, so elegant, just looking like a wow!"
04:- Experience with micro-interactions (preferably Lottie) would be just perfect 🤌🏼

- Responsible for choosing the digital media mix to achieve client goals by thoroughly understanding client briefs, creative messaging, and how to target consumers at the right place and the right time.
- Provide data-driven rationale for digital media mix, budget allocation by medium, expected performance, and return on investment.
- Ensure digital media plans are on strategy and align with integrated media plans across all online and offline media.
- Create targeting strategies for effectively and efficiently reaching and engaging audiences.
- Recommend and troubleshoot tagging/pixels to ensure appropriate measurement for campaign tracking, analysis and reporting based on media objectives and established KPIs.
