Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Data & ETL teams to review, optimize, and scale data architectures within Snowflake.
• Design, develop, and maintain efficient ETL/ELT pipelines and robust data models.
• Optimize SQL queries for performance and cost efficiency.
• Ensure data quality, reliability, and security across pipelines and datasets.
• Implement Snowflake best practices for performance, scaling, and governance.
• Participate in code reviews, knowledge sharing, and mentoring within the data engineering team.
• Support BI and analytics initiatives by enabling high-quality, well-modeled datasets.

1. Proven experience in SAP ABAP development (ECC / S/4HANA).
2. Strong knowledge of Reports, ALV, BAPIs, BADIs, Enhancements, Smart Forms, IDOCs, and OData services.
3. Hands-on experience with SAP Fiori / CDS Views / Workflow (nice to have).
4. Excellent analytical and communication skills.
5. Experience in building and exposing RAP APIs.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Receptionist who will serve as the first point of contact at our studio. Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome visitors in a warm, professional manner
• Answer and manage phone calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
• Schedule and manage client appointments
• Coordinate courier and delivery activities
• Provide basic administrative support to the team as needed

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Presentable, approachable, and customer-focused personality
• Prior experience as a receptionist/front desk executive preferred
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Work Location: In person

1. Training the field team on Sales pitch on regular basis

2. Responsible for revenue generation through sales

3. Drive the off-line lead generation activities for the cities (primarily through referrals)

4. Ensure minimum 50% sales conversion on the leads assigned to the team

5. Figure out new channels to generate more leads off-line and ensure conversions on the same

6. Regular evaluation of the sales team through test and measure their performance

7. Improve the sales efficiency of the sales team

8. Tracking MoM performance for each of the field sales team

Skills Required:

1. At least have 2 years of experience in handling a team of 40+ in sales

2. Good data management skills. Primarily Google sheets, MS Excel, word etc.

• Drive and own sales and revenue targets from ecommerce operations for the brand marketing campaign on marketplaces and offer management
• Monitor, measure and maintain reports on performance to drive attainment of defined objectives by optimisation
• Plan and execute promotional schemes and campaigns to maximise growth
• Providing insights into latest consumer and shopping trends to identify assortment gaps & selection and plan effective branding strategies Performance marketing Inventory management Catalogue mapping ,listing
• Plan the AOP business closely with the customer and the internal teams – to help deliver the toplines at a quarterly and annual level
• Keep track of all the health and hygiene measure – Stock holding of the e-tailers in terms of the number of days as well as the quality of the stock, ensure correct PO execution, track and ensure availability of our SKUs Work on monthly offtake plan for all brands – tracking the same periodically  and ensuring the right inputs are planned both on-platform and off-platform to drive business
• Manage the e-tailer PnL and ensure that we keep a close track on the profitability of the account and keep a check on the promotional expense
• Opening new platforms for the brand
• 3-4 years of handling ecommerce platforms - Amazon Flipkart,Big Basket
