Functional & Automation Test Analyst

• 5+ years of relevant experience as an individual contributor working on the frontend technologies
• Strong technical foundation and experience building user interfaces for complex applications.

Primary: 

• Act as the main point of contact between the agency and client. Should be able to research clients products, services, plans competitors and target markets
• Meet clients for briefings, pitches and present proposals to clients for approval.
• Brief agency colleagues and work with them to plan and implement the best digital media solutions for the client.
• Ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Handling financial issues with the client, timely estimation collection.
• Maintain daily interaction with client and internal teams.
• Working on several campaigns at once, sometimes under pressure and often to tight deadlines.
• Review advertising trends, consumer surveys, and other data regarding marketing of goods and services to determine the best way to promote product

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the User Interface design and ensure we offer a consistent experience
• Practice user centered design in all stages starting with sketches and wireframes to high fidelity mock-ups and digital prototypes

• Lead and participate in the brainstorming of and creation of concepts for best - in - class user experiences

Requirements:

• Design degree

• Solid experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps

1. Understand and gather the servicing requirements of the startups.

3. Pitching, negotiating, onboarding the right agencies as PS partners, signing contracts and maintaining all the records.
4. Monitoring & tracking the performance of the current agencies on a regular basis, rating them and working on the gaps/shortcomings of it.
5. Maintaining relationships with the partners and working with them to address the gaps/shortcomings 
6. Implement the process with maximum operational efficiency and constantly suggest methods to improve the process
