Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive, highly organized, and detail-oriented Senior Executive & Executive Assistant to provide strategic, administrative, and operational support to executive leadership. This high-visibility role acts as the primary liaison between the Executive Office and key internal/external stakeholders, ensuring seamless calendar management, cross-functional project tracking, and overall business execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Executive Support & Calendar Management: Proactively manage complex calendars, resolve scheduling conflicts, coordinate international/domestic travel logistics, and prioritize daily executive workflows.
• Project & Operational Coordination: Track action items from executive meetings, follow up on deliverables with department heads, and ensure key strategic projects progress on schedule.
• Communication & Board Support: Draft executive communications, prepare board decks, build high-impact presentations (PowerPoint/Google Slides), and compile briefing materials prior to critical meetings.
• Meeting & Minutes Governance: Design agendas, take structured meeting minutes, log key decisions, and drive accountability across cross-functional teams.
• Stakeholder & Vendor Management: Serve as the first point of contact for board members, clients, external partners, and vendors, demonstrating discretion and professional diplomatic communication.
• Expense & Workflow Administration: Oversee executive expense reports, coordinate administrative department budgets, and maintain confidential corporate archives.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Management, or a related field.
• Experience: 4–7 years of proven experience supporting senior executives (C-level, VP, or Founder level) in a fast-paced corporate or growth environment.
• Tech Stack Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), Google Workspace, and project management applications (e.g., Asana, Trello, Jira, or Slack).

Responsibilities:

• Build a high-quality web application from scratch.
• Design, build and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code to ensure the applications' best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness
• Work as part of a team developing web applications and services using Agile development methods.
• Contribute to team and organizational improvements in process and infrastructure.
• Code, test and operate Laravel based services.
• Lead the entire web application development life cycle right from concept stage to delivery and post launch support
• Troubleshoot, test and maintain the core product software and databases to ensure strong optimization and functionality
• Document the development process, architecture, and standard components
• Developing JSON, REST, and SOAP APIs/web services.

Skills Requirements

• Strong expertise in PHP programming on Laravel with deep understanding on Laravel features and libraries
• Restful API development expertise is a must
• Must be proficient in Web development technologies like HTML 5, CSS 3, Javascript, Node-JS
• Knowledge of jQuery and HTML
• Knowledge of MySQL and Query Optimization
• Knowledge of GIT

Requirements

• High self motivation to lead & build projects from beginning to end;

• You've shipped multiple products and are willing/able to demonstrate how you solved specific problems to solve users needs;

• Excellent communication in presenting your code and communicating what problems they are solving while giving/receiving feedback;

• Ability to quickly grasp goals and requirements from light specifications;

• Must be able to effectively & efficiently work with stakeholders spreads across many timezones;

• 3+ years of experience working in a modern commercial web development environment and shipping solid product;

• Proficiency using HTML/CSS/Javascript/AJAX;

• Solid understanding of the full web technology stack (e.g. HTTP, cookies, asset loading, caching, REST, Thrift);

• Past experience or familiarity with architectural patterns of large, high-scale web or mobile applications;

• Experience building and using continuous development environments; • Demonstrated design and UX sensibilities;

• Rigor in A/B testing, test coverage, and other web best practices;

• Analytical and strong quantitative skills, plus experience combining code and math;

• Familiar with most of the following: Microsoft Stack, Python, Node.js, Docker, AngularJS.
