This role involves revenue accounting and receivables processes for the business, ensuring accurate revenue accounting and in line with accounting standards and internal policies.

Key Deliverables (Essential Functions & Responsibilities)

Accounts Receivable Management

·        Oversee revenue accounting and reconciliation for E-commerce, Partner, and Store sales.

·        Ensure robust internal financial controls on accounts receivables, with a focus on improving collection efficiency.

·        Manage end-to-end accounts receivable operations PAN India, including team supervision and handling escalations.

·        Negotiate with banks for favorable merchant transaction rates and secure cash pickup services.

·        Ensure Partner/Marketplace reconciliations are current and escalate discrepancies in a timely manner.

Financial Reporting & Controls

·        Review and strengthen internal control systems to monitor cash and card collections, minimizing variances and discrepancies.

·        Conduct regular evaluations of PAN India financial transactions to ensure alignment with internal policies and procedures.

Audit & Governance

·        Ensure timely and accurate completion of internal and statutory audits related to revenue accounting and accounts receivable.

·        Maintain the security and confidentiality of financial documentation and records.

Ad Hoc Responsibilities

·        Manage e-voucher and gift card processes, as required.

·        Ensure adherence to revenue accounting standards for any new sales channels introduced, including proper execution of UAT for system changes.

·        Collaborate with the tax team to implement tax notifications and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.

Key Requirements

Responsibilities:

Design, Build, and Deploy Scalable ML Models

You will be responsible for end-to-end development of machine learning and deep learning models that can be scaled to handle real-world data and use cases. This includes training, testing, validating, and deploying models efficiently in production environments.

Develop NLP-Based Automation Solutions

You'll create natural language processing pipelines that automate tasks such as document understanding, text classification, and summarisation, enabling intelligent handling of property-related documents.

Prototype and Implement Generative AI Tools

Essentials From Day 1:

Security and Compliance:

         • Ensure ML systems are built with GDPR compliance in mind.

         • Adhere to RBAC policies and maintain secure handling of personal and property         data.

Sandboxing and Risk Management:

         • Use sandboxed environments for testing new ML features.

         • Conduct basic risk analysis for model performance and data bias.

         • Use sandboxed environments for testing and development.

         • Evaluate and mitigate potential risks in model behavior and data pipelines

Qualifications:

·      1–2 years of professional experience in Machine Learning and Deep Learning projects.

·      Proficient in Python, Object-Oriented Programming (OOPs), and Data Structures & Algorithms (DSA).

·      Strong understanding of NLP and its real-world applications.

·      Exposure to building scalable ML systems and deploying models into production.

·      Basic working knowledge of Generative AI techniques and frameworks.

   a) Low Side Electrical Package including direct procurement of high side Electrical items (DG, Transformer, Panels etc)

   b) Low side HVAC packages including direct procurement of high side HVAC items (Chillers, AHU, Pumps, Cooling Tower)

   c) Fire Fighting & Plumbing Packages

   d) Low Voltage (ELV) Packages like FA/PA/Access Control/BMS/Security, IT Packages

4) Heading techno-commercial negotiations

5) Preparation of various MIS, Reports and Other Strategic Procurement Documents

6) Management Of pan India Procurement activities

7) Responsible for drafting, review and finalization of agreements with Suppliers , Employers , Consulting agencies , Main Contract Agreements , Sub contractor agreements etc that are related to Engineering Projects & having good drafting skills.

8) Structuring the contracts, managing the contracts, their administration, remediation and compliance.

9) Post Award Contract Management : Rate Analysis, Settlement of claims by vendors etc.

10) Working knowledge about Arbitration Act and the Complying procedures of the same & having worked in full life cycle of an Arbitrations shall be an advantage.

11) Working knowledge about various conditions of Contract will be an added advantage.

12) Knowledge about terms & Conditions of Work orders.
