What You’ll do: 

• Work with AI-first coding tools (GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Codeium, etc.) to help create responsive and modern web pages.
• Use AI to guide you in writing clean and accessible code with web standards like HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript (ESNext).
• Experiment with AI-assisted design-to-code workflows (e.g., Figma AI → Tailwind) to quickly style and refine components.
• Rely on AI debugging support to identify and fix basic UI issues across browsers and devices.
• Collaborate with designers and teammates using AI-driven tools that make feedback, reviews, and teamwork smoother.
• Stay curious and explore how developers today use AI with modern learning and experimenting tools (like Vite, TypeScript, and Next.js) as you grow.

1. AI Exploration & Experimentation:

• Research, test, and use emerging AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, Galileo AI, Framer, Lovable, Scade) that can enhance frontend development workflows.
• Rapidly adapt to new AI technologies to improve UI coding efficiency, component generation, and design-to-code translation.
• Use AI capabilities to generate and optimize HTML/CSS/JS code, create responsive layouts, build React components, and develop interactive prototypes.

2. Frontend Development Skills:

• Use AI coding tools to learn and work with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript — the basic building blocks of the web.
• Build responsive websites (that adapt to all screen sizes) with the support of AI and frameworks like Bootstrap or Tailwind CSS.
• Practice connecting websites with APIs (to fetch or send data) using AI for guidance and examples.
• Collaborate with the team using Git and GitHub, with AI helping you understand version control and teamwork best practices.

3. Collaboration: 

• Document experiments, workflows, and outcomes for team knowledge-sharing.
• Translate AI tool capabilities into clear, actionable insights for developers and designers.
• Clearly explain AI tool capabilities and project outcomes to non-technical team members.
• Work effectively in a fast-paced, iterative, and collaborative environment.
• Stay open to feedback and thrive in ambiguity.

Educational Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Candidates from other disciplines are welcome if they have completed relevant certifications or project experience in frontend development.
• Passionate about AI in design either experienced with tools or eager to dive deep.
• Demonstrates curiosity, self-drive, and comfort with experimentation.

Responsibilities: 

• Responsible for monitoring project deliverables on day to day basis 
• Required to update relevant stakeholders or team members on the project's progress. 
• Assist, train, and ensure project team members with tasks that you have assigned to them. 
• Test the product modules and manage the change request, bug reports, etc. 
• Assist project managers in the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and progress reports. 
• Facilitate communication between intern stakeholders, clients, vendors, and management. 

Qualifications:

•  Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience. 
• 3+ years of relevant Project Management experience. 
• Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills for documentation, user stories, etc. 
• Proficient in MS Excel, and Presentation. Proficient in Jira, Confluence, and Notion is a plus. 
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills. 
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. 
• Ability to work well in a team environment. 
• Experience with project management tools and software. 
• Ability to identify project risks and issues, and develop mitigation plans.

SAP CI SF – Cloud Integration.

Analyze, plan, design, develop, and implement the SAP SF solutions to meet strategic, usability, performance, reliability, control, and security requirements of various modules in SF . Requires good knowledge in areas of core HR, EC, CPI, Groovy and other SF modules. Must be innovative.

Work you’ll do

• Be the main point of contact and handle the design, development and delivery of the project.
• Support the Client Cloud Integration along with SuccessFactors applications
• Developing custom Iflow, Groovy Script, XSLT Mapping, and different Pallet Functions.
• Good hands-on working with different Adapter such as SuccessFactors, SOAP, SFTP, OData, HTTP, Process Direct, IDoc etc.
• Work with team members and Product Owners to analyze, recommend, plan, design, develop, and implement solutions to meet strategic, usability, performance, reliability, control, and security requirements
• Support and coordinate the efforts of Subject Matter Experts, Development, Quality Assurance, Usability, Training, Transport Management, and other internal resources for the successful implementation of system enhancements and fixes
• Perform SAP CI Development, configuration as required and have good knowledge on best practice guideline.
• Understand user requirements and create functional specifications with the required details.
• Act as primary liaison between business and technical resources to effectively communicate business requirements into high quality business solutions
• Interact with development team on a regular basis - suggest and implement innovative ideas and solutions; ensure process adherence.
• Communicate effectively with clients and project team to ensure the requirements are met and recommend better solutions wherever applicable during the project.
• Advance the goals and objectives of ITS by providing cost-efficient, high quality, client-focused solutions, according to established policies, procedures, and processes of the department and Firm

Qualifications

Required:

• 4+ years of experience integration different application using SAP Cloud Integration to include experience in one or more of the following areas:

• Understanding/experience with SSO (single sign-on) solutions, Cloud connector

• Integrating SAP HR and SuccessFactors using SAP cloud Integration

• Understanding of different transport mechanism including Groovy Script, Pallet function and different adapter in CI

• Understanding of data stores and effective Experience with ABAP, Basis, Security, SAP NetWeaver Process Integration (PI), Portal, Cloud Integration

• Working experience of integrating on premises and cloud applications using SAP CI

• Worked on different types of project such as migration, support, implementation and roll out.

Preferred:

• Minimum of 2 Full Life-cycle implementations of SAP SuccessFactors, from planning to configuration through go-live

• Certification in at least Cloud integration or one SuccessFactors module

• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to express complex business concepts in non-technical terms.
