About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer with strong expertise in 3D animation, motion design, and interactive experiences. The ideal candidate will design intuitive interfaces, craft engaging animations, and collaborate closely with developers and product teams to deliver seamless, visually stunning, and user-friendly experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver engaging user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Create 3D assets, motion graphics, and micro-interactions to elevate user experience.
• Translate concepts into wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and interaction analysis to refine designs.
• Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of UI/UX designs.
• Maintain and evolve design systems and component libraries.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and animation technologies.

Required Skills

• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer (3+ years) with a strong portfolio.
• Expertise in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch for design and prototyping.
• Strong graphic design skills using Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator.
• Motion design & animation skills with After Effects, LottieFiles, or similar tools.
• Hands-on experience with 3D design tools such as Blender, Cinema4D, or Maya.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, wireframing, and prototyping.
• Knowledge of responsive design for web and mobile.
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript to collaborate effectively with developers.

Good to Have

• Experience with Three.js, WebGL, or Unity for interactive 3D UI.
• Familiarity with motion design principles and AR/VR-based design.
• Understanding of version control basics (Git) for design-developer workflows.

• EDW/BI experience of 15+ years with at least 2-3 end to end EDW implementation experience as Solution or Technical program manager
• Must have at least ONE Azure Data Platform implementation experience as Solution or Technical Project manager (Azure, Databricks, ADF, PySpark)
• Must have technology experience in any of the ETL tools like Informatica, Datastage and etc.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Should be well versed with project estimation, project planning, execution, tracking & monitoring
• Should be well versed with delivery metrics in Waterfall and/or Agile delivery models, scrum management
• Preferred to have technology experience of any of the BI tools like MicroStrategy, Tableau, Power BI and etc.
