Your Impact 

● Lead the architecture, design, and development of high-quality, scalable, and user-friendly mobile applications using React Native.

● Drive technical decisions and establish engineering best practices to ensure long-term scalability, maintainability, and performance.

● Partner closely with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineering leaders to translate business requirements into impactful user experiences and technical solutions.

● Own end-to-end delivery of complex features and initiatives, from technical design through production deployment.

● Design and implement reusable frameworks, components, and patterns that improve engineering velocity across teams.

● Champion application performance, reliability, security, and observability across the mobile platform.

● Lead system design discussions and contribute to architectural roadmaps for mobile and frontend platforms.

● Collaborate across teams to identify technical risks, evaluate trade-offs, and make sound engineering decisions aligned with product goals.

What skills do you need? 

● Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript with significant experience building and scaling React Native applications.

● Proven experience designing and shipping large-scale mobile applications on Android and iOS platforms.

● Strong system design skills, including application architecture, scalability, performance optimization, state management, and offline-first/mobile-first design patterns.

● Experience building reusable component libraries, design systems, and scalable frontend/mobile platforms.

● Strong product thinking with the ability to understand business requirements, customer needs, and translate them into effective technical solutions.

● Strong understanding of API design, RESTful services, backend integrations, and mobile application security best practices.

● Experience driving technical discussions, architecture reviews, and engineering best practices within a team.

Job Description

• Build pixel-perfect, buttery smooth UIs
• Leverage native APIs for deep integrations
• Diagnose and fix bugs and performance bottlenecks for performance that feels native.
• Maintain code and write automated tests to ensure the product is of the highest quality

Requirements

• 2+ years of relevant industry experience in React Native
• A deep understanding of JavaScript
• Familiarity with video recording, playback, and uploading libraries
• Experience with Native Android app deployment
• Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs
• Familiarity with code versioning tools (such as Git)

What You Will Do:

• Your primary focus will be to implement responsive & high-quality UI and reusable code for CoinSwitch platform, with a particular focus on performance.
• You will help translate requirements and mockups into fully functioning features using frontend technologies.
• You will ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs while maintaining high quality standards.
• You will collaborate timely with designers, product managers and own the front-end layer.
• You will constantly look for optimizing applications to handle high scale.
• You will keep yourself updated with the latest web technologies coming up in the market and suggest ways to implement it in our system.

What You Should Have:

• You should have 5+ years of extensive experience in Javascript.
• You should have 3+ years of experience in ReactNative based Android and IOS apps.
• You have experience writing clean, modular, object- oriented and optimized scripts.
• You are aware of Javascript design patterns and can architect a fairly complex UI.
• You have experience building a product using a mainstream library or framework (ReactNative ecosystem preferred).
• You keep pace with the ever-changing specs of cutting edge front-end technologies.

Good to Have:

• Prior experience working with fin-tech companies

4+ years of experience in web technologies & React Native.

Mandatory: Problem solving, Team player, Target & Result oriented Passionate about sports.

Functional: JavaScript, JavaScript Object Model, React Native, Native Build Tools, XCode and Android Studio, React Native workflows (such as Context or Redux and Redux Thunk Middleware), Maintaining Reusable Components and Libraries, Animations and Transitions, Integrate Third-Party APIs, GIT & JIRA.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Coding and debugging pure JavaScript, polyglot and multi-lingual applications.
• Working closely with Technical Lead/Project Manager to ensure development timelines are met.
• Contribute with ideas to improve system design or streamline product delivery.
• Working with challenging applications involving Real-Time Data.
• Working on different platforms including the usage of the Native SDKs provided on JavaScript.

• Work as part of a small team to build React Native Application for android and IOS
• Architect, build, and maintain excellent React Native applications with clean code.
• Implement pixel perfect UI's that match designs.
• Implement clean, modern, smooth animations and transitions that provide an excellent user experience.
• Integrate third-party API's.
• Write unit and integration tests
• Work as part of a small team, which will include other React Native developers, a project manager, QA professional, and a designer.

• You will work on long-term React Native mobile applications for innovative startups.
• Together with your colleagues and our clients you will analyse requirements and envision a qualitative solution. You will be responsible for the entire development - from architecture to implementation - and deliver user-friendly, performant and well-tested mobile applications.
• You will be part of our continuous improvement culture, hone your skills and share your experience with your colleagues.

• You have at least 3-year experience implementing and deploying React Native apps.
• You developed and published at least one React Native app on Google and Apple Store.
• You are familiar with Google and Apple Store guidelines and compliance.
• You can build pixel-perfect UIs for all mobile platforms.
• You have strong knowledge of Javascript ES6 and higher.
• You know how to make a solid relational data model and have a good knowledge of SQL.
• You have integrated a variety of web API's and understand HTTP.
• You know how to write clean and flexible object-oriented code.
• You have a good understanding of async programming concepts.
• You work daily with tools like Git, NPM and a proper IDE (Webstorm).
• You can deliver POCs, experiments and technology evaluations following design thinking practices.
• You will be contributing towards architecting and building React Native applications, as well as coordinating with the teams responsible for other layers of the product/project infrastructure.
• You write clean code and are a pragmatic programmer.

• You wish Typescript was the default language of the web.
• You stepped outside the Expo world and have experience with native iOS or Android development. You are familiar with XCode and Android studio, and leverage native APIs for deep integration with Android and iOS.
• You have experience with state management libraries like MobX and Redux.
• You write automated tests and perform end-to-end testing with Detox or Appium.
• You are familiar with functional programming concepts and apply it occasionally.
• You worked with other hybrid mobile platforms like Sencha, HTML5, PhoneGap, etc.
• You have experience with Scrum and Lean methodology
