Day to day you will:
Design and deliver product visualisations, with input from Designers, Product Owner and Engineers.
Work with the Senior UX Designers, Product Owners, and Engineers to develop customer journeys, service blueprints, story maps, task flows, wireframes, prototypes and designs that will deliver against the customer and business needs, product vision and objectives.
With our UX Researchers to conduct user research, and use the outcomes from research activities to drive design decisions and facilitate learnings across the Tribe designers, Product Owners and Engineers.
Understand and help to define personas, user journeys and service blueprints.
Explore solutions and refine concepts going from early wireframes to high-definition designs.
Build prototypes to help validate and communicate designs.
Identify and conduct user interface experiments in collaboration with other Tribe designers and Product Owners; analyse data from real life experimentation, including user testing.
Collaborate with other designers within and across the Tribe to problem solve design challenges and maintain a level of design consistency across our digital suite.
Qualifications
1+ year in a Product Design role in a high-performing agile organisation.
Passionate about UX and Design and driven by doing the right thing for customers and end-users.
Solid knowledge of visual design principles.
Workshop planning, design, and facilitation, both in-person and remote.
Knowledge of UX research methods and the ability to plan and conduct both qualitative and quantitative research.
Communicating research insights through the creation of journey maps, personas or archetypes, service blueprints, wireframes, and prototypes.
Advocating for UX Design practices and processes.
Experience of working with design systems, and with design and prototyping tools such as Figma and Miro.
Team player with a positive attitude who genuinely cares about working as part of a team and helping others.
Knowledge of Banking, Fintech or Investment is a bonus.

What will you be doing?
- Leading and managing our Customer Support team with regular 1-1s and identifying the training needs.
- Looking for more technical support person with troubleshooting and product bug fixing experience.

Requirements:
