Criteria:

• Strong Lead DevOps / Infrastructure Engineer Profiles.
• Must have 7+ years of hands-on experience working as a DevOps / Infrastructure Engineer.
• Candidate’s current title must be Lead DevOps Engineer (or equivalent Lead role) in the current organization
• Must have minimum 2+ years of team management / technical leadership experience, including mentoring engineers, driving infrastructure decisions, or leading DevOps initiatives.
• Must have strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes (container orchestration) including deployment, scaling, and cluster management.
• Must have experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, Ansible, Chef, or Puppet.

As a DevOps Engineer, you will be working on building and operating infrastructure at scale, designing and implementing a variety of tools to enable product teams to build and deploy their services independently, improving observability across the board, and designing for security, resiliency, availability, and stability. • Own end-to-end infrastructure right from non-prod to prod environment including self-managed DBs

Key Responsibilities

• Interview Panel Sourcing: Identify and connect with senior IT professionals to onboard them as freelance interview panelists on our platform.
• Candidate Engagement: Reach out to experienced IT professionals, explain the benefits of joining Incruiter, and convince them to register as interviewers.
• Boolean Search & Sourcing: Utilize Boolean search techniques and sourcing tools like Naukri, LinkedIn, and other job portals to find suitable panelists.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with senior IT professionals to ensure long-term engagement with our platform.
• Client JD Alignment: Understand various job descriptions from different clients to ensure the right panelists are onboarded for relevant technical assessments.
• TAT Adherence: Ensure quick turnaround time for onboarding interview panelists based on business requirements.

WHAT WILL YOU NEED TO SUCCEED?

• 3+ months of experience in IT recruitment or talent sourcing.
• Strong understanding of IT technologies and job roles.
• Proficiency in sourcing tools like Naukri, LinkedIn, and Boolean search.
• Excellent follow-up skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hands-on, fast-paced environment with a high degree of ambiguity.
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills to onboard senior IT professionals.
• Ability to multitask and meet onboarding targets within the defined timelines.

• The role involves development using C/C++ and related technologies on Windows and Linux platforms. You will be a part of the core product team developing the product. It will involve participation in requirements analysis, impact analysis, design, coding, review, testing and preparing test cases.
