Key aspects of this role:

• Meeting with the development team to discuss user interface ideas and applications.

• Reviewing application requirements and interface designs.

• Identifying web-based user interactions.

• Developing and implementing highly-responsive user interface components using React concepts.

• Writing application interface codes using JavaScript following React.js workflows.

• Troubleshooting interface software and debugging application codes.

• Developing and implementing front-end architecture to support user interface concepts.

• Monitoring and improving front-end performance.

• Documenting application changes and developing updates.

To be the right fit, you'll need:

• Minimum 4+ years relevant experience in application development and React JS.

• Knowledge of React hooks such that use Context, use Reducer, use Effect.

• Knowledge of React props and state management (both functional and class component)

• Strong understanding of Error boundary concept of react.

• Work experience with any react based UI library or Redux is preferable

• Experience in building cross-browser layouts with CSS and HTML

As a Principal Software Engineer, you will be responsible for the software design of large scale applications and features & enhancements which reaches millions of players. You should be passionate about players, performance, scalability and holds a very high bar for quality of the game.

Responsibilities

• Work with Product Management to translate business requirements into technical requirements.
• Owns technical roadmap, design and review for end-to-end games, ensure design quality and integrity
• Modernizing the tech stack
• Bring tech innovations in the game which will help in growth of the games
• Design, code, and develop new features/fix bugs/add enhancements
• Analyze and improve efficiency, scalability and stability of various system resources
• Lead and Mentor junior engineers and drive a culture of technical perfection.
• Drive creative and innovative solutions to complex problems, exemplifying good technical discernment.
• Drive improvements and new approaches to address potential systemic pain points and technical debt, anticipate and avoid problems.
• Take a hands-on approach in the development of prototypes, independently and with others, to establish design decisions and/or technical feasibility.

Required Skills

• Masters or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent
• A minimum of 7 years of professional experience in software development, mobile, desktop or web application development with hands on coding experience covering full stack
• Experience coding in C#, C++, Python, Javascript and SQL
• Working knowledge of mobile landscape, architectures, trends, and emerging technologies.
• A proven foundation in computer science, with strong competencies in data structures, algorithms, OOPS and software design
• Strong problem solving and debugging skills
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Desired Skills

• Experience with mobile development – Android/iOS/Native OR on game engines such as Cocos-2D, Unity or other.

• Experience with Amazon Web Services (EC2, ELBs, ElastiCache, DynamoDB, terraform etc)
• Experience with setting up server monitoring, alerting and server provisioning
• Familiarity with micro service architecture, containers and related technologies (Docker, Kubernetes, ECS)
• Experience with development tools & integrated build systems: XCode, IntelliJ, Git/Jenkins
• Experience of driving activities, review process to ensure software and product quality.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a Program Manager who can drive our programs across a maximum of 6 centers and ensure the seamless delivery of the programs in line with the organization’s objectives to the complete satisfaction of learners and their parents.

Duties/ Responsibilities:

The Program Manager will be responsible for 

• Effective implementation of program across 6 centers with regard to learner satisfaction,learning outcomes and parent satisfaction

• End to end training in content,learning system,operations and implementation

• Ensuring venue readiness in terms of room setup,material availability etc before the program starts and act as single point of contact for venue partner,parents and learners

• Coordinating kitting ,packing and transportation of materials to and from venues.

• Creating,Updating and maintaining a learner and parent database across all venues

• Creating schedules across venues and communicate the same to facilitators,parents,learners

• Rescheduling of classes at venues as required

• Observing the classrooms and documenting the observations for mentoring facilitators

• Conduct meetings with facilitators and teams to discuss the observations from classroom observation

• Collecting data/feedback from facilitators,learners,parents and classroom observations and loop it back to  Leo & Mike team for appropriate interventions in content and program improvement

• Initiating appropriate interventions wherever required with respect to learner and parent issues

• Managing the post sale communication to parents regarding the programs and communicating about learners to parents through the facilitators

     Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline
