Roles and Responsibilities

Product Design & Development

• Design innovative, user-friendly, and visually appealing product interfaces and experiences.
• Leverage creative methodologies to streamline and optimize current product workflows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine product functionality and usability.

Content Design & Visuals

• Develop impactful designs for product packaging, features, and presentations.
• Create high-quality visual content, including social media posts, brochures, and pitch decks.
• Design graphical content that aligns with our brand identity and storytelling objectives.

Creative Strategy & Branding

• Establish and implement comprehensive brand guidelines to maintain consistency across all touch points.
• Lead the ideation and execution of creative campaigns to enhance product visibility and engagement.
• Conduct competitor and market research to stay ahead of design and branding trends.

Leadership & Collaboration

• Guide and mentor a team of designers and collaborate with product development teams to align design goals with business objectives.
• Act as a creative thought leader to inspire innovative ideas and ensure high-quality outputs.
• Coordinate with marketing, development, and leadership teams for seamless execution of design projects.

Campaign Execution & Impact

• Design and launch creative campaigns that drive user engagement and brand recognition.
• Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies to meet KPIs and goals.

Qualifications and Skills

• Experience: Experience in Product Design, UX/UI Design, or a similar creative role.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, Sketch, or similar tools.
• Creative Thinking: Proven track record of producing innovative designs and strategies.
• Leadership: Ability to lead and mentor a team while collaborating across departments.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication to present ideas and designs effectively.
• Attention to Detail: A strong eye for detail and the ability to deliver polished, high-quality outputs.

Performance Marketer

About the role

● Own and drive a full-funnel global paid media strategy. You’ll define and shape our paid acquisition strategy, driving acquisition and assessing the full-funnel impact of our paid channels on activation, conversion, and retention.

● Experiment and test campaigns. You’ll design and execute testing roadmaps to evolve new campaign strategies, measuring performance to achieve maximum returns in any paid spend.

● Analyse, assess performance and iterate. You’ll analyse performance results and make recommendations for decisions across spending, targeting, bidding, creative, landing pages, and more.

● Partner and collaborate cross-functionally. You are highly collaborative in your approach and work closely with your counterparts across design, engineering, growth, and product.

● Be a leader in your craft. You’ll stay abreast of industry best practices, channels, and strategies, and identify new growth opportunities.

● As the senior member of the Marketing and Growth team, you'll be expected to set up

What are we looking for?

● 5+ years working in the marketing or growth function, preferably in a startup.

● Proven experience in managing paid digital campaigns. You have a solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and customer acquisition.

● Hands-on experience in Google AdWords and Display/Social ads is a must. Expertise in one of them is a pre-requisite.

● Experience in subscription businesses is a bonus (Free to Paid, Recurring constructs). Also, experience in web-based marketing (we use apps mostly for engagement, and most of us customers convert on the web - both desktop & web)

● You are a self-starter and can make decisions on your feet with minimal supervision, and end-to-end ownership to drive outcomes.

● You possess deep customer empathy and love getting your hands dirty with data

The Javascript engineer will be responsible for the developing features in Vyapar application. Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Responsive design, JQuery, React, database etc. concepts is critical
