Job Summary:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for designing intuitive and engaging user experiences. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into user-centric designs that delight our customers.
Responsibilities:
1) User Research & Analysis:
- Conduct user research to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points.

2) UI/UX Design:
- Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.

3) Collaboration & Communication:

4) Testing & Iteration:
- Conduct usability testing and gather feedback.
- Iterate on designs based on user feedback and usability test results.

- Brand Consistency:
- Ensure that the design aligns with the company's brand identity and guidelines.
- Maintain design consistency across all digital platforms.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design work.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, InVision, etc.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and practices.
- Experience with conducting user research and usability testing.
- Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.

What you will be doing:
● Aviso is in the process of building a highly scalable, and highly performant upgrade to its industry-leading AI product. This requires a complete rethink of the base architecture of how data is stored and accessed using persistent Databases like MongoDB, PostgreSQL and Redshift.
● As part of this far reaching engineering goal, This role will be primarily responsible for the design and development of said re-architecture, working with all other parts of the Engineering organization.

to handle billions of rows of information, accessible in real-time, both for the
