• 10+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion SCM
• Lead the implementation and optimization of Oracle Fusion SCM module like:
• Supply Chain Planning (SCP)
• Procurement Cloud – Source-to-Pay
• Supply Chain Execution – INT, MFG, MNT
• Order Management (OM) – Order Orchestration, GOP, Pricing & Configuration
• Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) – PIM & Quality Management
• Supply Chain Financial Orchestration (SFO)
• Ensure alignment with business requirements and best practices.
• Drive system configuration, testing, and support activities, overseeing end-to-end processes within the manufacturing and costing modules.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, supply chain, and operations, to integrate manufacturing and costing functionalities with other Oracle modules.
• Conduct process workshops to gather requirements, identify pain points, and design solutions that enhance manufacturing and costing workflows.
• Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation, ensuring adherence to project scope and deadlines.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, fostering a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment.
• Lead user training sessions, deliver knowledge transfer (KT) to stakeholders, and create detailed documentation for ongoing support.

Key skills required

• Overall 10+ years of experience in End-to-End Supply Chain Management, with a minimum of 7 years in Oracle Fusion Cloud.
• Strong expertise in majority of the SCM functions like Planning, Procurement, Inventory, MFG, Maintenance, OM, Pricing, Configuration, PIM, & Quality Management.
• Proven hands-on configuration experience.

Strong UI/UX Designer Profile

Mandatory (Experience 1) - Must have 2+ years of hands-on experience as a UI/UX Designer

Mandatory (Experience 2) - Must have hands-on experience across the end-to-end UI/UX process, including user research, user flows, and information architecture

Mandatory (Tools 1) - Advanced proficiency in Figma for wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity UI design

Mandatory (Tools 2) - Familiarity with modern design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and/or Sketch

Mandatory (Portfolio) - Strong portfolio is mandatory, showcasing detailed case studies with user research, design rationale, UX process, wireframes, and final UI outputs across web and/or mobile platforms

 Automation & MuleSoft experience is a must

 Automation Tools -> Test NG + Rest Assured

 Testing scope -> Integration & API Automation testing (EAPI/PAPI/SAPI), Salesforce integration experience is required

 Mulesoft experience -> Knowledge of API-led architecture, API specification knowledge, Anypoint platform experience - Runtime Manager/Exchange/API Manager/Anypoint Monitoring/Visualizer & Experience with Anypoint Studio is required for the QA Lead

 DevOps automation -> Integrating automated test to DevOps pipelines (Jenkinds/GitHub Actions). GitHub actions experience is a plus.

Programming Languages: Strong proficiency in Java, Python, JavaScript, or C# for writing automation scripts.

 API Testing Tools: Expertise in Postman, REST Assured, Karate, and similar tools for REST API validation and automation.

 Automation Frameworks: Hands-on experience with Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, TestNG, JUnit, and BDD frameworks like Cucumber or SpecFlow.

 CI/CD Integration: Ability to integrate automated tests into pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.
