Things you'll be working on

1. How to improve conversion rate? How do we make sure our message resonates with more & more people who land on the website. This will mean mapping their journey before they land and following through to understand what is it they're seeing on the website and why are they not moving forward.
2. Understand the user's pain points and incorporate proactive solutions in our digital communication for the channels you own.
3. Collaborating to find tech enabled solutions to business problems like how do we make our packaging staff more efficient, how do we manage inventory better, ensuring communication around delays is automated and handled better, etc.
4. Working on setting up and optimizing our CRM for better engaging with the users.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of working experience
• Previous experience in product is mandatory
• Experience with Shopify is a plus
