A web developer's job is to create websites. While their primary role is to ensure the website is visually appealing and easy to navigate, many web developers are also responsible for the website's performance and capacity

What you will do:

• Producing concepts for layouts and developing these concepts based on feedback given
• Executing visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineers
• Finishing designs to a highly detailed, professional-level (p.s. keeping the design system guidelines intact)
• Creating wireframes when required (complete with annotation) for developers to implement
• Working with developers to communicate specs, ensuring correct implementation and working through any problems encountered
• Designing web, mobile and tablet friendly applications

 

Desired Candidate Profile

What you must have:

• 3-5yrs of experience and proven track record
• Strong portfolio to be presented and defended during the interview
• Experience using tools such as Photoshop, Sketch, Illustrator, InVision, Figma
• A proactive mindset with ability to communicate designs and new ideas in a logical and pragmatic manner
• A good listener and facilitator who knows how to facilitate constructive design discussions
• Open mind for criticism and harsh feedback as and when required
• Understanding of basic front-end languages like HTML5, CSS3 will be a plus (not a requirement)
• Experience working in agile teams, with developers and Product Managers    

 

 

 

 

Job Description

- With 2+ years of experience of React Native experience on iOS/Android. Platforms

- Must have experience on RESTful Web-Services

- Deep familiarity with Redux and common popular React Native patterns, libraries, components, and frameworks.

- Well verse in Android and Ios framework and have atleast 2 app on playstore/Appstore.

- Mobile-first design and responsive code deeply ingrained in your thought process.

- Familiarity working with REST APIs for deep integrations with both platforms i.e. general best practices, shortcomings, trade-offs, etc.

- Have a solid understanding of CSS,Javascript and react.js.

- Must be good in problem solving, Data structures andAlgorithms.

- Must be hands on writing Unit test cases.

- Ability to work with minimal guidance in fluid environments while providing guidance/stability to junior engineers in the team.

- Strong understanding of App Architectures, E-commercesolutions

- Basic knowledge of version control system like Git / Mercurial / Bitbucket

- Writes well managed and clean codes

- Hands on experience on features specifically QR scanning, Push Notifications, Deep Linking, GPS etc. are an added advantage

- Hands on experience with 3rd party tools integration like Google Analytics, Engagement tool, Payment gateway integration is an added advantage

 

Lead generation via Linkedin Campaign
Manage end-to-end Linkedin campaign execution, including building, deployment & optimizing email campaign.
-for leads Should be able to do bulk data extraction, drip & bulk campaigns Responsible for searching, qualifying and generating new sales leads to support the Sales Team. Design and implement Linkedin marketing campaigns Ensure prompt and accurate communication with clients via email Proofread emails for clarity, grammar and spelling.

ELIGIBILITY
You are in if You :

● Bachelor’s degree in graphic design.
● Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio.
● Proficiency with required desktop publishing tools, including Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop
● A strong eye for visual composition.
● Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
● Able to give and receive constructive criticism.
● Understanding of marketing, production, website design, corporate identity, product packaging,
advertisements, and multimedia design

RESPONSIBILITIES
● Planning concepts by studying relevant information and materials.
● Illustrating concepts by designing examples of art arrangement, size, type size and style and submitting
them for approval.
● Preparing finished art by operating necessary equipment and software.
● Coordinating with outside agencies, art services, web designer, marketing, printers, and colleagues as
necessary.
● Contributing to team efforts by accomplishing tasks as needed.
● Communicating with clients about layout and design.
● Creating a wide range of graphics and layouts for product illustrations, company logos, and websites with
software such as photoshop.
● Reviewing final layouts and suggesting improvements when necessary.
● Creating graphic content for Print, Digital, Advertising, Media, PR etc.
● Creating Visual Guidelines and coordinating with Vendors to ensure brand guidelines are followed and
quality is upheld
● Quality control in all consumer facing peripherals
