• Contribution of your development experience in all phases from Conception to Rollout

Qualification Profile

• Completed studies or training in the field of Computer science or Software Engineering or comparable qualification
• Knowledge and 3+ years of experience in programming with C# and modern frameworks like .NET
• Passion and fun for software development in a self-organized manner
• Knowledge of Microservices and distributed systems
• Strong interpersonal skills, including a cooperation and team-based focus, experience in liaising between PMs, BAs, and testers
• Ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical people
• Practical experience with Jenkins, Kubernetes, and Docker is an advantage

REQUIREMENTS: 

·      Relevant expertise in C#, HTML5, CSS, JavaScript and Unit testing.

·      Should be capable to work any one of the Database: SQL Server/MySQL/Oracle.

·      Should have worked on .Net Framework, .Net Core, ASP.NET MVC and Object Oriented Programming System (OOPS)

·      Should have worked on Asp.Net MVC or Asp.Net Web forms.

·      Should have good exposure in any three or more : Web API, Concurrent design and multithreading (Capable), Rest, Entity Framework, OOPS, Cloud Development, Microservices architecture (MSA).

·      Passionate about writing world class code.

·      High level of commitment to client satisfaction and agility.

·      Collaborate with others and build positive working relationships.

·      Possess a strong work ethics.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

·      Analyzing the project’s requirements and the ability to convert said requirements into technical documents, design and code.

·      Implementing design methodologies and tool sets.

·      Writing well-designed, defect free code which scales well and follows all best practices and guidelines.

·      Executing the development of software with a strong focus on the security, performance, and robustness.

·      Conducting deep level analysis to identify root cause to systematically resolve issues.

·      Following all defined software configuration management best practices.

·      Reviewing code to identify issues as well as deviations from best practices.

·      Addressing issues promptly, responding positively to setbacks and challenges with a mindset of continuous improvement.

Overview: 

• Design and develop Rest APIs. 
• Create documentation around processes including front-end design and service architecture. 
• Follow industry trends regarding backend-end technologies and techniques. 
• Agile rituals like Feature elaboration/Estimation, daily stand-ups, release planning, Iteration Planning Meeting, Retrospective, Showcase, etc. 
• Build content and data driven enterprise level web application which works for Multiple clients in multiple countries. 

Relevant experience and Exposure: 

• 1+ years relevant work experience showing growth as a Backend developer. 
• Extensive technical experience and development expertise in C#, .Net core, Web services (REST) 
• Proficient with OOPS and Design principles. 
• Expertise in writing clean, secure and refactored code. 
• Knowledge and hands-on Experience with Test Driven Development. 
• Experience with relational and non-relational Database technologies like SQL, MongoDB. 
• Proficient with Git or any source code management tool. 
• Excellent listening, writing skills and strong technical competency are essential. 
• Creative and efficient in proposing solutions to complex, time-critical problems. 
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail. 

Nice to haves: 

• Experience with .Net core. 
• Experience with public cloud offerings (AWS, Azure etc.). 
• Knowledge of CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Docker, Spinnaker etc. 
• Exposer to an Agile Development Methodology would be beneficial. 
• Atlassian suit knowledge (Jira particular).

Technical Experience :

- Net development work experience

- Proficiency in NET Development with Net Core.

- Strong object-oriented programming OOPS design skills, SOLID principles and proficiency in software design patterns

- Experience in database MS SQL Server, No SQL

- Solid understanding of Microservices

- Good understanding Azure, Docker and Kubernetes

- Experience with version control systems GitHub and Bitbucket
