As a Mobile Lead, your primary responsibility is to oversee the development and maintenance of mobile applications for our organization. 

Some of the key job responsibilities include :-

1. Leading the Mobile Development Team: You will lead a team of developers, designers who are responsible for building and maintaining mobile applications. You will be responsible for Coding, delegating tasks, setting goals and timelines, and overseeing the team's performance to ensure that the development process runs smoothly.

2. Developing Mobile Applications: You will be responsible for developing mobile applications for iOS and Android platforms, using a range of programming languages such as Swift, Java, Kotlin, and React Native. You will need to ensure that the application is scalable, user-friendly, and meets the specific requirements of the organization.

3. Collaborating with Stakeholders: You will be responsible for collaborating with various stakeholders in the organization, including product managers, project managers, designers, and other development teams to understand the requirements and objectives of the application. You will need to ensure that the application aligns with the overall product roadmap and meets the business objectives.

4. Ensuring Quality: You will be responsible for ensuring the quality of the mobile application, including testing, debugging, and fixing any issues that arise during the development process. You will need to

ensure that the application is free of bugs, runs smoothly, and meets performance and usability standards.

5. Keeping Up with Emerging Trends: You will need to stay up to date with the latest developments in mobile technology, and emerging trends in user experience and design. You will need to ensure that the mobile application is using the latest technologies and is in line with industry best practices.

6. Managing Project Budget: You will be responsible for managing the budget for mobile development projects, including resource allocation, vendor management, and contract negotiations.

Overall, the Mobile Lead is a critical role that requires a strong understanding of mobile development processes and the ability to lead a team to deliver high-quality mobile applications.

We’re looking for a Senior Mobile Application Developer to work on Client & Internal Applications.  The successful candidate will be responsible designing, developing and implementing software solutions to address complex business issues.  The ideal applicant will be able to thrive in a highly collaborative workplace and actively engage in the development process hands-on. 

Company are looking for an Android developer - it will be a huge benefit if you are confident and able to build application in Objective C or Swift.

Requirements

• Experience with publishing APIs and in4tegrating with 3^rd party services
• Kotlin, Android, Java, Objective C, Swift
• Good knowledge of database (MySQL, SQLlite, Firebase)
• Able to publish Apps to Playstore & Appstore
• Experienced in building mobile applications that utilizes web services (SOAP / REST / JSON)
• An eye for design
• Extensive experience with Mobile features & libraries – Maps, Camera, Files, Wearables, GPS, QR Scanning etc.
• Experience with Tensorflow Lite
• Able to build responsive Ui that work with different devices
• Other programming languages are of benefit – HTML, CSS, PHP, C#

What YOU must have

• 3-5 years’ experience with native mobile App development on both Android as well as iOS platforms.
• Bachelor’s degree or above in information systems or computer science
• Excellent knowledge of Android SDK, different versions of Android, iOS framework
• Strong knowledge of Android & iOS UI design principles, patterns, and best practices
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs to effectively integrate Android applications
• Should have worked on Apps using local resources (like camera, GPS, Speech recorder, settings etc) and having local storage capability using SQLite, xml, firebase etc.
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools such as Git
• Familiarity with various testing tools

Experience with developing native Applications for Android and iOS using Xcode, Objective C, Cocoa , iPhone SDK ,Android Studio and Android SDK.

- Hands on Experience with any mobile hybrid framework.

- Should have knowledge of Java, Objective C, Swift, GPS, SQLlite, Xcode IDE, iPhone UIKit framework.

- The coder should be well versed with using web services, Interface, Builder & Debugging tools, Google map kits, multitasking.

- Candidate must have independently designed and developed mobile applications

- Knowledge on App publishing process to Stores

- Familiarity with Push notifications, Payment Gateway Integrations, In-app purchases

- Proficient with API request and JSON Handling

- Expert and proficient in clean code best practices.

- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

- Design and build advanced applications for the mobile platform

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

- Unit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability.

- Work on bug fixing and improving application performance.

- Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.

• Candidate Must be well versed with latest SDK versions, XCode, Objective C, Swift, UIKit, Cocoa etc.
• Expertise in integrating web services (XML/ JSon etc.) with iPhone applications.
• An experience in using Maps API, GPS services for iPhone/ iOS apps is required.
• Experience with third-party libraries and APIs.
• Working knowledge of the general mobile orientation, architectures, trends, and emerging technologies.
• Experience working with iOS frameworks such as Core Data, Core Animation, Core Graphics and Core Text, Core Location.
• To take care of build and release process (Adhoc releases, Final release).
• Should have worked on cocoa touch, story board, core data, auto layout.
• Hands-on experience in Cloud APIs, push notifications, social media integration, and integration of analytics is an added advantage.
• Must have good analytical, debugging, App publishing and problem solving skills.
