1. Creating visual concepts to communicate ideas effectively. This includes developing graphics for websites, advertisements, and print materials, while also ensuring designs align with brand guidelines and objectives.

2. Collaborating with clients and teams to understand requirements and incorporate feedback, ultimately translating abstract ideas into compelling visual representations.

Our Client is a B2B2C tech Web3 startup founded by founders - IITB Graduates who are experienced in retail, ecommerce and fintech.
Vision: Our Client aims to change the way that customers, creators, and retail investors interact and transact at brands of all shapes and sizes. Essentially, becoming the Web3 version of brands driven social ecommerce & investment platform.

• Taking care of all statutory compliances in the organization (Application of licenses, renewal of licenses, filing of returns)
• Front ending with all statutory/ labour inspections
• Undertaking workforce planning studies and hiring people across all non corporate functions (all levels)
• Compensation benchmarking for non corporate teams
• Proposing compensation structures, perks, benefits, incentives and increments for the workforce
• Creating the skill matrix and skill assessment guidelines for the workforce
• Drafting HR Policies/guidelines/formats applicable for the workforce
• Addressing grievances of employees
• Advising the management regarding all issues related to the workforce
• Handling performance assessment for workforce (Design and execution)
• Handling all disciplinary issues/ absconding/ termination cases
• Acting on behalf of the company with respect to employee matters/ litigation if any

What you must have:

• Participate in requirements
• Maintain and improve web Design mobile-based web features.
• Work closely with Scrum team to ensure quality throughout the entire software development
• Maintain high standards of software quality by establishing, adopting and following good practices and processes
• Monitor systems to ensure they meet both customer needs and business goals
• Solve problems by crafting software solutions using maintainable, testable and modular code
• Collaborate within a team by participating in code reviews, pairing sessions, architecture discussions and planning

• Write robust, testable code, along with unit, functional, acceptance and/or user tests to validate every change
• Challenge your fellow team members to grow and enhance our team with new, diverse talent
• Mentor interns and other software engineers to grow their technical skills
• Work closely with Scrum team to ensure quality throughout the entire software development cycle.
• Identify and propose dev toolsets to enhance and extend the dev team’s capabilities & efficiency
• Manage business context and pressures around quality and time to market
• Stay up-to-date on emerging technologies

• Manage sales operations in assigned district to achieve revenue goals.
• Supervise sales team members; the BSMs, on daily basis and provide guidance whenever needed.
• Identify skill gaps and conduct trainings to sales team.
• Work with team to implement new sales techniques to obtain profits.
• Assist in employee recruitment, promotion, retention and termination activities.
• Conduct employee performance evaluation and provide feedback for improvements.
• Contact potential customers and identify new business opportunities.
• Stay abreast with customer needs, market trends and competitors.
• Maintain clear and complete sales reports for management review.
• Build strong relationships with customers for business growth.
• Analyze sales performances and recommend improvements.
• Ensure that sales team follows company policies and procedures at all times.
• Develop promotional programs to increase sales and revenue.
• Plan and coordinate sales activities for assigned projects.
• Provide outstanding services and ensure customer satisfaction.
