What will I be doing? 👩💻👨💻

1. You will be owning features through inception, design feedback, implementation, and launch. This will include building test plans for new features and improvising on existing test plans for feature updates and customer feedback.
2. You will collaborate with Product Designers, Product Managers, Backend Engineers, Data Engineers, and Customer Support
3. You will identify areas for automation and writing automated tests to ensure repeatability, coverage, reliability, and catching regressions.

• Strong testing experience any of the Layer-3 Unicast routing protocols (e.g. OSPF, BGP, IS-IS), MPLS signaling protocols (e.g. RSVP, LDP), Layer-3 VPNS, Layer2-VPNs, VPLS, Multicast VPN, EVPN,
• Experience in Access protocols such as PPPoE, L2TP, DHCP, etc.

Responsibilities

Participate and work closely with developers at various stages fspec, design reviews to develop test-plans, tools, utilities.Drive authoring of detail feature test-plans, Design Test bed design, test topologies. Set up complex test beds based on Project requirements. Develop python scripts and robot scripts for automated testing. Assist development engineers in product defect diagnosis. Participate in customer calls and assist in troubleshooting, data gathering and communicating resolution/fixes.

As a QA Engineer for all applications at Radiusagent (both web and mobile), you will conduct comprehensive black box QA testing. You will help engineers and customer service representatives triage difficult bugs, build reproducible test cases and investigate complex issues

6. Excellent communication and documentation skills
