Roles and Responsibilities

● Manage the end-to-end onboarding journey for new clients.

● Understand customer business requirements and configure the platform accordingly.

● Conduct product demonstrations, onboarding sessions(configurations, integrations etc), and user training.

● Guide clients through implementation and ensure timely go-live.

● Resolve client queries and coordinate with the Internal teams whenever required.

● Build strong relationships with clients and ensure a positive onboarding experience.

● Track onboarding milestones and maintain accurate implementation documentation.

● Identify process improvements and share client feedback with internal teams.

● Ensure customers are confident using the platform before transitioning them to the Customer Success team.

● Travel across India as and when required for implementation and client meetings.

Preferred Qualifications

● Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or a related discipline. ● Prior experience with SaaS products, ERP, OMS, WMS, or eCommerce platforms will be an added advantage.

● Knowledge of marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Shopify, or similar ecosystems is a plus.

Your Impact:

•                 Implements Digital Consumer experiences based on a foundation of SFCC (Salesforce commerce cloud) to meet expected quality standards

•                 Ensures functional requirements and high-level solution designs are understood and are translated into detailed technical design

•                 Implement proofs of concept to prove any new technologies, application flows or integration scenarios and identify customizations needed to SFCC platform for meeting client requirements

•                 Guides the performance tuning and scalability of the ecommerce solution

•                 Diagnose and solve technical problems during implementation and support phases

Your Skills & Experience:

•                 1-3 Years with 2+ years of implementing commerce application on any eCommerce platform in last 3 years

•                 If you have not worked in eCommerce platform, we can still discuss with you if you are expert in Java/.Net and understand REST/SOAP webservices.

•                 Demonstrate proficiency in build and release management using CI/CD strategies (leveraging tools like Jenkins and DevOps practices), implement Mocha/Chai unit and functional test cases in order to reduce costs while ensuring quality

•                 Contributes to designing, implementing and documenting the build release process as well as system configuration and deployment characteristics of the applications

•                 Participates in technical walkthroughs/ code reviews of other team members’ components, test plans and results and help them with gaps

•                 Collaborate with architect to define implementation processes and quality gates and standards

•                 Identifies risks and issues, and help monitor them

•                 Guides the development of reference and resource materials

•                 Mentors developers in improving their platform knowledge and development skills

•                 Communicate technical design to the developers and help/guide them in the implementation

Job Summary :

We are looking for a detail-oriented and execution-focused Projects Engineer / Site Engineer to manage civil and interior fit-out works for corporate office projects. The role involves end-to-end site coordination, vendor management, quality control, and ensuring timely project delivery in line with design and safety standards. Key Responsibilities Project Execution Execute civil and interior fit-out works for corporate office spaces. Interpret drawings, BOQs, and specifications to ensure accurate implementation. Coordinate with designers, consultants, and contractors for smooth project execution. Monitor day-to-day site activities and ensure adherence to project timelines. Site Management Supervise site workforce including contractors, subcontractors, and labor teams. Ensure proper material usage and minimize wastage. Conduct regular site inspections and maintain progress reports. Vendor & Contractor Coordination Manage and coordinate multiple vendors (civil, electrical, HVAC, interiors). Track vendor performance and ensure quality standards are met. Verify contractor bills and measurements against executed work. Quality & Compliance Ensure all work complies with design specifications and quality standards. Implement quality checks for civil and interior finishes. Ensure adherence to safety norms and statutory compliance on-site. Planning & Reporting Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and share updates with stakeholders. Assist in project scheduling and tracking milestones. Highlight risks, delays, and propose mitigation strategies. Cost Control Monitor project costs and support in budget tracking. Ensure efficient use of materials and resources. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field. 3–5 years of experience in corporate interiors, commercial fit-outs, or civil projects. Strong understanding of interior execution (false ceiling, partitions, flooring, furniture, etc.). Skills Required Good knowledge of construction methods, materials, and drawings. Familiarity with AutoCAD and MS Excel. Strong coordination and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines. Problem-solving attitude and attention to detail. Preferred Skills Experience in corporate office projects or workplace fit-outs. Basic understanding of MEP coordination. Exposure to project management tools is an advantage.
