Test Automation Engineer

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Technical Developer to take full ownership of our Dynamics 365 environment. This is a role for a "Technical Heavyweight" who can design scalable services, solve complex architectural puzzles, and mentor the next generation of developers. You will be responsible for the end-to-end technical health of our Project Operations (PO) and Project Service Automation (PSA) solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Scalable Engineering: Design and maintain high-traffic services on the D365 platform.
• Architectural Design: Convert complex business needs into deep system-level specifications.
• Technical Ownership: Lead the entire delivery cycle—from technical specs and coding to creating runbooks.
• Code Excellence: Perform rigorous code reviews and implement unit testing to ensure high-quality releases.
• Documentation: Write precise technical guides for all configurations and custom code.
• Mentorship: Act as a coach for intermediate developers, promoting industry best practices and clean code.
• Agile Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to define user stories and development estimates.

Requires Technical Skills

• Core Development: Expert-level C# and advanced Plugin Development.
• Azure Integration: Proficiency in Azure Functions and API Integration with CRM.
• Automation: Deep knowledge of Cloud Flows (Power Automate) and Custom Workflows.
• API Mastery: Experience with SharePoint Web API and D365 CRM/CE API development.
• Product Knowledge: Extensive experience with D365 Project Operations (PO) and Project Service Automation (PSA).
• Good to Have / Preferred
• Power Platform: Experience with Custom Connectors and Canvas App development.

Qualification

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Professional Background: Significant tenure as a D365 Consultant with a focus on Technical Architecture.
• Certifications: Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate or D365 Finance and Operations Apps Developer.

• Experience in Solutioning IT Services solutions in multi-service areas: Infrastructure Services, Applications Development, Applications Maintenance, Business Process Outsourcing
• Deep experience in three key functional areas: Technical Solutioning, Competitive Analysis, Pricing & Analysis
• 8+ years’ experience in these three functional areas.
• Demonstrated track record of winning deals.
• Knowledge of IT Services vendors in the competitive landscape, with a deep knowledge of 1-2 vendors Solutioning and go to market approach.
• Exceptional data analysis and creative problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated and entrepreneurial.
• Ability to learn new skills quickly.
• Ability to communicate at the Executive level.
• Deep MS Excel skills.
• BS and/or MS in computer science or equivalent experience.

Opportunity

Work on improving the flows and overall architecture of the core product at OneCard and OneScore. 

What you will do:

• Execute all product design flows and visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering.
• Conceptualize original mobile design ideas that bring simplicity and user-friendliness to complex roadblocks.
• Create seamless navigation flows and architecture to improve discoverability, engagement and conversions. 
• Leverage user testing to make product improvements.
• Participate in contributing ideas, updates, and product development areas to the team.

Experience Range: 

Proven 2-3 years of work experience as a Product Designer. Must have worked on digital products. Familiar with user research practices. Having worked in the app product space is a huge plus. 

Technical Expertise:

• Demonstrable Product design skills with a strong portfolio is a must.
• Proficiency in Adobe XD, Illustrator and Figma is a must.
• Design eye-catching mobile app experiences for our app experiences.
• Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.
• Be able to work in a cross-functional team as well as independently solve UX-related problems.
• Up-to-date with the latest Mobile app trends, techniques, and technologies.
• BS in Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, or Visual Arts is a plus.

• Manage sales operations in assigned district to achieve revenue goals.
• Supervise sales team members; the BSMs, on daily basis and provide guidance whenever needed.
• Identify skill gaps and conduct trainings to sales team.
• Work with team to implement new sales techniques to obtain profits.
• Assist in employee recruitment, promotion, retention and termination activities.
• Conduct employee performance evaluation and provide feedback for improvements.
• Contact potential customers and identify new business opportunities.
• Stay abreast with customer needs, market trends and competitors.
• Maintain clear and complete sales reports for management review.
• Build strong relationships with customers for business growth.
• Analyze sales performances and recommend improvements.
• Ensure that sales team follows company policies and procedures at all times.
• Develop promotional programs to increase sales and revenue.
• Plan and coordinate sales activities for assigned projects.
