JD :

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computational Sciences, Data Science, Machine Learning, Statistics , Mathematics any quantitative field

• Expertise with object-oriented programming (Python, C++)

• Strong expertise in Python libraries like NumPy, Pandas, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Scikit-learn

• Proven experience in designing and deploying ML systems on cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).

• Hands-on experience with MLOps frameworks, model deployment pipelines, and model monitoring tools.

• Track record of scaling machine learning solutions from prototype to production. 

• Experience building scalable ML systems in fast-paced, collaborative environments.

Job Summary: 

Are you passionate about revolutionizing the HR-Tech and Learning space? Actuate Microlearning, a thirteen-year-old B2B Learning solutions provider, is seeking a talented Full-Stack Developer to join our innovative team. In this role, you will be at the forefront of developing and maintaining our Learning Management System (LMS), implementing robust security measures, and elevating the overall UI/UX.

Key Responsibilities:

• Front-end and Back-end Development: Spearhead the development of both the front-end and back-end of our Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring a cohesive and user-friendly experience.
• Security Implementation: Implement comprehensive security measures to safeguard user data, ensuring the confidentiality and integrity of information within the LMS. (Good to have)
• UI/UX Enhancement: Play a key role in enhancing the User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX) of the LMS, creating an engaging and intuitive learning environment.

• System Maintenance and Updates: Take charge of maintaining and updating the system to ensure it aligns with industry standards, remains technologically advanced, and meets evolving user expectations.(Good to Have)

Qualifications and Skills:

• Master’s or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information technology, Computer Applications or a related field.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP, MySQL databases and optimizing database performance
• Proven 2 plus experience in Full-Stack Development.
• Expertise in front-end and back-end technologies.
• UI/UX design proficiency.
• Continuous learner with the ability to adapt to new technologies.

• Developing APIs and endpoints for deployments of our product
• Infrastructure Development such as building databases, creating and maintaining automated jobs
• Build out the back-end to deploy and scale our product
• Build POCs for client deployments
• Document your code, write test cases, etc.

• 3+ years of experience in designing digital products.
• Ability to understand short and long-term goals of the product and business.
• Excellent understanding of user-centred design and visual design principles.
• A good understanding of frontend principles to guide the team from an engineering point of view.
• Understanding of behavioural analytics and goes by data-driven decisions, when needed. 
• Excellent communication and presentation skills and the ability to clearly articulate design decisions to the team and leadership.
• Keen interest in applying user research, user-needs validation and usability evaluation.
• Self-driven, comfortable with a fast-paced, always user-focused.
• A portfolio that showcases experience creating visual UI systems involved in overall creative direction down to icon systems, transitions, etc.

Job Description :

1. Coordinate with project managers and team to create detailed project plans for
achieving timeliness and 100% quality in each project and deliverables.
2. Address technical concerns, ideas, and suggestions and provide a technological
solution to them.
3. Creating API endpoints for web applications and internal scripts that will handle
the business logic of applications.
4. Troubleshoot, test, and maintain the core product and database to ensure strong
optimization and functionality.
5. Develop innovative, reusable web-based tools.

Skill Requirements :

1. Understanding the principles behind a scalable application.
2. Understanding of the software development life-cycle and best practices.
3. Must have experience with MySQL/Postgres SQL and should be capable of
writing queries, stored procedures, indexes, etc.
4. Working Experience in Laravel HMVC, Hooks & Plug-in Methodologies. Laravel
is Preferrable.
5. HTML5, CSS3, XML knowledge is mandatory. And experience with JavaScript
and jQuery for producing AJAX applications.
6. Ability to make modifications to the systems with little or no interruption of
service.
7. Exposure to REST API Development & API integrations.
8. Working Experience in Composer & PHP Libraries.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Design and build advanced applications for the Android platform.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features

• Work with outside data sources and APIs

• Unit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability

• Work on bug fixing and improving application performance

• Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.
