Job Title: Public Relations & Communications Manager

Location: Banjara Hills, Hyderabad

Salary: ₹75,000 per month

Reporting To: PR Head

Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Public Relations & Communications Manager to lead and execute communication initiatives that enhance the organization’s visibility, reputation, and outreach. The ideal candidate will manage media relations, content creation, digital platforms, and stakeholder engagement while aligning all communication efforts with the organization’s mission and values.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Communications

• Develop and implement PR and communication strategies aligned with organizational goals
• Craft clear, compelling messaging for diverse audiences (devotees, donors, partners, media)
• Ensure consistency in communication across all channels

2. Media Relations

• Build and maintain relationships with journalists, media houses, and influencers
• Draft and distribute press releases, media kits, and official statements
• Pitch stories and secure positive media coverage

3. Content Creation

• Create high-quality content including press releases, articles, newsletters, speeches, and social media posts
• Develop communication materials for events, campaigns, and outreach programs

4. Event Promotion & Coordination

• Plan and execute promotional strategies for events and campaigns
• Coordinate media coverage, photography, and documentation
• Collaborate with internal teams for branding and messaging

5. Digital & Social Media Management

• Manage social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc.)
• Plan, schedule, and optimize content
• Track engagement metrics and improve performance

6. Stakeholder Engagement

• Act as the primary contact for partners, NGOs, government bodies, and community members
• Build strategic relationships to expand outreach

7. Reputation & Crisis Management

• Monitor public perception and media coverage
• Handle media inquiries and crisis communication professionally

8. Reporting & Analysis

• Prepare reports on PR performance, campaigns, and social media analytics
• Use data insights to refine strategies

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or related field
• Strong writing, storytelling, and communication skills
• Experience handling media and digital platforms

Power BI Developer

Senior visualization engineer with 5 years’ experience in Power BI to develop and deliver solutions that enable delivery of information to audiences in support of key business processes. In addition, Hands-on experience on Azure data services like ADF and databricks is a must.

Ensure code and design quality through execution of test plans and assist in development of standards & guidelines working closely with internal and external design, business, and technical counterparts.

Candidates should have worked in agile development environments.

Desired Competencies:

• Should have minimum of 3 years project experience using Power BI on Azure stack.
• Should have good understanding and working knowledge of Data Warehouse and Data Modelling.
• Good hands-on experience of Power BI
• Hands-on experience T-SQL/ DAX/ MDX/ SSIS
• Data Warehousing on SQL Server (preferably 2016)
• Experience in Azure Data Services – ADF, DataBricks & PySpark
• Manage own workload with minimum supervision.
• Take responsibility of projects or issues assigned to them

• Good written and verbal communications

React JS Developer 

• 0-1 years of experience as a React JS developer. 
• Good Communication skills must. 
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model

As a core member of the Software Development team, you will be responsible for the architecture, coding, development, testing and release of customer applications hosted both on-premise and on-cloud. Candidates with proven experience in both Frontend and Backend Development (predominantly Backend Development) with prior experience in deploying applications on AWS/Azure cloud will be preferred.

You will be leading a small team of developers (not more than 3 at a time) on a given project, and be a client-facing SPOC to work with the client and meet stringent deadlines. You will be responsible for Coding and Development with a code coverage of minimum 90%. You will adhere to coding and security standards and ensure that your delivery is secure and free from any critical, high and medium-rated vulnerabilities.

The Job
The Architect, Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence including Computer Vision will grow and lead a team of talented Machine Learning (ML), Computer Vision (CV) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) researchers and engineers to develop innovative machine learning algorithms, scalable ML system, and AI applications for Racetrack. This role will be focused on developing and deploying personalization and recommender system, search, experimentation, audience, and content AI solutions to drive user experience and growth.

The Daily

• Develop innovative data science solutions that utilize machine learning and deep learning algorithms, statistical and quantitative modelling approaches to support product, engineering, content, and marketing initiatives.
• Build and lead a world-class team of ML and AI scientists and engineers.
• Be a hands-on leader to mentor the team in latest machine learning and deep learning approaches, and to introduce new technologies and processes. Single headedly manage the MVP and PoCs
• Work with ML engineers to design solution architecture and develop scalable machine learning system to accelerate learning cycle.
• Identify data science opportunities that deliver business value.
• Develop ML/AI/CV roadmap and educate both internal and external stakeholders at all levels to drive implementation and measurement.
• Hands on experience in Image processing for auto industry
• BFSI domain knowledge is a plus
• Provide thought leadership to enable ML/AI applications.
• Manage products priorities and ensure timely delivery.
• Develop and evangelize best practices for scoping, building, validating, deploying, and monitoring ML/AI products.
• Prepare and present ML modelling results and analytical insights that help drive the business to senior leadership.

The Essentials

• 8 + years of work experience in Machine Learning, AI and Data Science with a proven track record to drive innovation and business impacts
• 4 + years of managing a team of data scientists, ML and AI researchers and engineers
• Strong machine learning, deep learning, and statistical modelling expertise, such as causal inference modelling, ensembles, neural networks, reinforcement learning, NLP, and computer vision
• Advanced knowledge of SQL and experience with big data platform (AWS, Snowflake, Spark, Google Cloud etc.)
• Proficiency in machine learning and deep learning languages and platforms (Python, R, TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch, MXNet etc.)
• Experience in deploying machine learning algorithms and advanced modelling solutions
• Experience in developing advanced analytics and ML infrastructure and system
• Self-starter and self-motivated with the proven ability to deliver results in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
• Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex analysis and algorithms to non-technical audience
• Works effectively cross functional teams to build trusted partnership
