Ideal candidate
• Minimum 4+ years of web development experience using PHP and MySQL (LAMP stack). Should be currently working on PHP or PHP related frameworks
• The candidate should be a hands-on developer. So, the candidate’s current roles should involve coding and development.
• Should have worked on developing microservice architecture.
• Should be very strong technically and understand web development in theory and practice and full software life cycles
• Should be extremely passionate to work and implement new and different technologies and should come up with new initiatives to scale up the project.
• Should have the know-how of the key technologies that could also be implemented like, ReactJs, CDN, Redis
• Candidate should be able to show examples of their work and explain their role in the projects and understand how it was developed
• Strong SQL development skills writing fine-tuned queries, stored procedures, triggers etc. and design skills (data normalization, foreign key constraints, indexes, etc.)

The data science team is responsible for solving business problems with complex data. Data complexity could be characterized in terms of volume, dimensionality and multiple touchpoints/sources. We understand the data, ask fundamental-first-principle questions, apply our analytical and machine learning skills to solve the problem in the best way possible.

The role would be a client facing one, hence good communication skills are a must.
The candidate should have the ability to communicate complex models and analysis in a clear and precise manner.
The candidate would be responsible for:
- Comprehending business problems properly - what to predict, how to build DV, what value addition he/she is bringing to the client, etc.
- Understanding and analyzing large, complex, multi-dimensional datasets and build features relevant for business
- Understanding the math behind algorithms and choosing one over another
- Understanding approaches like stacking, ensemble and applying them correctly to increase accuracy
Desired technical requirements
- Proficiency with Python and the ability to write production-ready codes.

About this Opportunity :

- 5+ years experience with Hyland OnBase (Content Management)
- Have knowledge on OnBase workflows
- Knowledge on Document Intake Process, Indexing etc., on OnBase
- Experience writing custom scripts to intervene on the OnBase workflows using DotNet
Process Skills:
- Hands-on in Agile Scrum methodology.
- Contribute to all phases of the development life cycle including writing well designed, testable, efficient code.
Behavioral Skills:
- Comfort with ambiguity and ability to navigate uncertainty.
