Responsibilities & Duties:

Track and evaluate individual and team performance against sales targets and KPIs.

Provide ongoing coaching and development to the team to enhance their sales skills and product knowledge.

Create and implement sales strategies to achieve these goals.

Establish clear sales goals and objectives for the team.

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.

Work closely with marketing, product development, and other departments to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.

Provide feedback from the sales team to other departments to improve products, services, and processes

Maintain relations with the existing clients and ask to upgrade their packages or renewals

Prepare and follow up on sales quotations made to clients.

Will be responsible for client retention, per-client revenue optimization & renewals.

Should have effective sales & negotiation ability.

Interacting with vendors for product upload in their respective Domains.

Improve Customer perception and product-wise market share, a good understanding of the technical and market feasibility of the product.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum 2 Months in Online and Concept Sales

Skills: Proficient Written & Verbal Communication Skills in English

 Utilise Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects to edit and enhance

video footage

 Use 2D animation skills to bring visual elements to life in videos

 Utilise Figma to create visual assets for videos

 Stay up-to-date on the latest video editing techniques and trends

 Continuously strive to improve the quality of video content produced by the

Requirements:

Role Summary

We, at Priori, are looking for a self-motivated and experienced individual to join as our Business Development Manager. We are looking for someone to lay out a sales strategy and execute the same. You will have an existing network amongst the crypto organizations and will lead our sales efforts by building relationships with prospective customers across Europe, UK & Asia.

• Define short and long term Sales strategy to enable product adoptions
• Lead the development of tools, techniques and literature to make an effective sales process
• Identify the most effective channels to connect with potential customers
• Identify potential prospects, deep dive research on their requirements, identify relevant use case of our product to them, pitch,  negotiate and close targets while making it a positive experience for the customer
• Build long-term meaningful relationships, understand the customer’s pain points and requirements and work with the business team to translate potential opportunities into future features

What you will need

• 5+ years of experience in a client facing business development role for SaaS or Fintech product to B2B/ Blockchain projects in Europe, UK and Asia
• Proven success in recognizing prospects, negotiating and closing B2B technology/fintech products
• Existing network within the Crypto Organization’s decision makers
• High level of energy and self- motivation to secret short and long term strategies to bolster product adoption
• Proficient with CRM software and forecasting
• Passion to build and lead an excellent sales team

Legal Assistant responsibility include:

• Negotiate, review, drafting, vetting of various contracts and agreements 

• Drafting knowledge of notices/reply notice/letters to any govt., & Non-Govt. authorities.

• Drafting of other miscellaneous documents like Power of Attorney, Undertakings required as per the need of business, Memorandum of Understanding, No Objection Certificate (NOC)

• Responsible for supporting Groups Secretarial function, convening of Board shareholders & Committee Meeting

• Attending and handling court cases, case notices and handle all litigation matters with support of external counsel;

• Submission of reports/ MIS/ litigation updates, contract trackers to the Department on monthly & quarterly basis.

• Taking care of any matter as and when received from the management and advising them within the legal ambit.

• Maintain knowledge of all new changes in the law, analyze implications and suggest a manner of implementation.

• To work with external law firms, other consultants, statutory auditors as and when required.

• Manage the day-to-day affairs of assigned sub-tasks.

➢    Expert in React JS with about 4 years of experience

➢    Experience in using libraries like D3, Material UI, style sheets and theme management

➢    Should be able to understand requirements & design, develop efficient React JS Code, should have used tools to automate the test and deployment to production

➢    Should have good knowledge on REST APIs, Error handling and writing Unit and Integration Tests

➢    Knowledge of Java is desirable

Responsibilities

➢    Understand the Visual Designs, Functional Requirements and come up with the design/components needed to build the user interface.

➢    Work with Visual Designers to understand the graphic design patterns, themes, and implement in a structured way in the product front end

➢    Work with server side microservices team to develop the JSON contracts

➢    Develop efficient React JS code to implement these requirements

➢    Automate the testing and deployment of these components to production

• REQUIREMENTS

  • Write hand-coded HTML5, JS, and CSS(SCSS) that is thoroughly standards-compliant.

  • You don't have to be an expert in backend tech, but you'll need to understand how to integrate with the backend guys.

  • Understanding differences between multiple delivery platforms, such as mobile vs. desktop, and optimizing output to match the specific platform
