Position: Telecalling and Operations Executive
Location: Jayanagar 3rd block, Bengaluru
Salary: ₹18,000 per month (including deductions PF, PT) (Flexible for highly skilled candidates)

Role Overview:-
We are looking for a Telecalling and Operations Executive who can effectively handle customer calls from Google and other sources, while also managing backend operations such as ERP software updates .
The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills in English, Kannada, Hindi (optional) and should be proficient in computer applications ( Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Email drafting, etc. ). Knowledge of IT products (laptops, desktops, printers, projectors, etc.) will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities:-
Handle inbound and outbound calls from potential customers and provide accurate information about products and services.
Manage leads received through Google and other platforms.
Draft professional emails, quotations, and proposals for clients.
Update and maintain data in ERP software.
Build and maintain a positive relationship with customers through professional communication.
Coordinate with sales and operations teams for smooth workflow.
Requirements
Education: Graduate or Diploma (any stream).
Experience: 0 – 1 years in telecalling / sales support / operations (preferred).
Communication: Must be fluent in English, Kannada, and Hindi (optional).
Computer Skills: Strong knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Email drafting. Familiarity with ERP software will be an advantage.
Industry Knowledge: Awareness of IT products (laptops, desktops, printers, projectors, etc.) will be a big plus.
Compensation & Benefits
Fixed salary of ₹18,000 per month gross (including deductions PF, PT) (flexible for highly skilled candidates).

Typical Responsibilities:
- You will be required to create product content (e.g. sales enablement documentation, case studies, product videos, website copy, blog posts, Quora/forum responses) to articulate the benefits of our products to the world.
- Work on thetactical campaign execution. Daily hands-on work will include email builds/sends, landing pages, dynamic content, A/B tests, list imports, and database management.
- You will also set up, test, maintain, and report on recurring and triggered campaigns. Improve initiatives around lead targeting, A/B testing, and deliverability.
- You may be required to manage the company’s social media profiles and presence, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and additional channels that may be deemed relevant.
- You will be expected to build product page content, optimize the conversion paths on those pages, and use dynamic call-to-action to create and test buyer stage-specific calls-to-action.
- Manage both on-page SEO and off-page SEO for the company.
- Collaborate with content marketing and blog contributors to create high-quality content around important, relevant terms.
- Manage and improve organic search engine performance and goal-setting based on clickthrough rates, traffic, and conversions. Track lead generation activities.

- 3+ years of Salesforce.com development experience as well as experience in systems integration
- Strong Experience in lightning development.
- Strong experience with APEX APIs, APEX Triggers, Visual force, Chatter, Apex Data Loader etc.,
- Design & implement APIs and web-based interfaces utilizing Apex code, Web Services, etc
