Position Overview

The BDM will drive sales of Professional Services, Consulting, Training, and Assessments for an assigned region, acting as the connecting point between channel partners and their end customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive regional sales for Professional Services, Support, Consulting, Training & Assessments
• Operate as a bridge between channel partners and their customers
• Collaborate closely with the Services Delivery team for solution positioning
• Apply strong techno-commercial understanding to structure deals
• Represent the company with strong oral, written, and presentation skills

Required Skills & Experience

• 4+ years in IT Channel Sales / Channel Management & Development
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Techno-commercial acumen in a services/consulting sales context

Interview Process

2 rounds — Virtual, followed by Final Face-to-Face

Focus: Selling courses (Travel & Tourism, Makeup, Podcasting)

Candidate Requirements:

Experience: Minimum 1 year in the Ed-Tech industry with Strong communication and sales skills

Compensation: Fixed salary up to ₹6.5 LPA + Uncapped Incentives

Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday

Working Hours: 11:30 AM – 8:30 PM

Age Criteria - Max upto 35 years (36 years or more will not be considered)

Minimum 5+ years in backend engineering with strong system design expertise

Experience building scalable systems from scratch

Expert-level proficiency in Node.js

Deep understanding of distributed systems

Strong NoSQL design skills

Hands-on AWS cloud experience

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Inside Sales fresher at our Ahmedabad office. The Inside Sales fresher will be responsible for generating sales leads, managing customer relationships, and supporting the sales team with data analysis and reporting. InnoPhase Bangalore is looking for a Senior Design Verification (DV) Engineer to join a growing start up semiconductor development organization and to help drive excellence in our IOT/5G products.

Responsibilities:

• Follow and help define the team's design verification methodology.
• Write bus functional models that drive and monitor stimulus.
• Plans and implements block and integration level scoreboards and checkers to verify functional behavior.
• Experience constructing chip-level System Verilog and UVM test bench environments, writing System Verilog Assertions (SVAs), with embedded software design and test.
• Develop RAL test plan at SOC/IP level and its implementation.
• Write and analyze functional coverage, providing input to block-level milestones.
• Triage regression failures and identify logic bugs, while driving bug closure.
• Debug test cases and report verification results to achieve the expected code/functional coverage goal. Utilize constrained random verification, functional coverage, code coverage and assertions to achieve goals.

Knowledge and Skills Required:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience in VLSI design or verification
• Excellent collaboration, teamwork and communication skills
• Significant experience in reviewing and modifying IP block verification plans, a real plus if created such plans in collaboration with design engineering.
• Track record of completing IP block verification to acceptable coverage metrics.
• Excellent debugging skills, with experience debugging RTL in the block and/or chip-level environments.
• Working knowledge of OVM or UVM methodologies.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient knowledge of programming and scripting, hardware description language, electronic design automation (EDA), and/or FPGA tools.

Responsibilities:

Develop new front-end features using Vue.JS framework

Collaborate with key stakeholders across different stages of the SDLC
