What you’ll do:

• Customer Support: Troubleshoot and resolve customer queries, particularly around referral reports, data anomalies, and data generation using our platform.
• Data Queries (BigQuery/ClickHouse): Respond to customer requests for custom data queries, working with large datasets in BigQuery and ClickHouse to deliver precise insights.
• Onboarding & Training: Lead onboarding for new customers, guide teams on platform usage, and manage access requests.
• Listen & Improve: Collect and act on customer feedback to continuously improve the platform, collaborating with the product team to enhance functionality.
• Technical Documentation: Assist with technical resources and help create training materials for both internal and customer use.

Loop is looking for a talented Junior Copywriter to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in writing both short-form and long-form content, with a keen understanding of digital platforms such as LinkedIn. As a Junior Copywriter, you will be responsible for crafting compelling copy that aligns with our brand voice and engages our target audience across various channels. We’re looking for a candidate who is proactive, takes initiatives, is a team player and of course, is creative and loves writing.

Responsibilities:

• Write clear, concise, and engaging copy for digital platforms, including websites, social media, emails, and lead-gen ads.
• Coordinate with the different teams - product, design, sales, to create assets that they need.
• Develop long-form content such as articles, blog posts, and whitepapers.
• Upload posts and maintain social media - posting, scheduling, interacting and engaging with users.
• Research industry-related topics (combining online sources, interviews and studies)
• Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and create innovative content ideas.
• Edit and proofread content to ensure it meets brand guidelines and is error-free.
• Conduct simple keyword research and create SEO optimized content.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of proven work experience as a Content Writer, Copywriter or similar role
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
• Ability to take initiative, work independently, and contribute ideas to the team.
• Proficiency in using AI tools and platforms to aid in content creation.
• Knowledge of script writing and experience in writing for LinkedIn are desirable.

• Testing mobile devices to ensure their configuration, operation, and capabilities work efficiently.
• Working with device manufacturers, product managers, and development teams to test and optimize mobile products.
• Developing automated test scripts and frameworks for improved mobile app performance.
• Working with a variety of databases and coding programs, such as Objective-C, Java, HTML, as well as XML and JSON feeds.
• Updating operating systems, specifically iOS, Android, Blackberry, and WindowsPhone 7.
• Producing clear and concise test reports and releasing notes to co-workers when needed.
• Providing feedback to development teams on technical, troubleshooting, or operational issues.

Mobile Test Engineer Requirements:

• Bachelors in engineering, computer science, computer engineering, information technology, or a similar degree.
• At least 3 years experience in mobile application testing and development.
• Working knowledge of mobile operating systems such as iOS and Android.
• Experience in developing automated test scripts.
• Ability to develop software applications using programming or scripting languages such as Java and HTML.

• Institutionalize a strong software engineering culture and facilitate a rapid, iterative, layered development approach.

• Be hands on with the coding, evaluate design and architecture choices, do in-depth code reviews, and implement standards and practices for software development.

• Participate in the definition and management of high-quality product roadmaps based on business, product & tech strategy.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Masters /BE/ B.Tech from a reputed institute

• About 6-10 years professional experience in software development.

• Excellent logical and analytical reasoning capabilities combined with strong knowledge of core

computer science concepts like algorithms, data structures, software design patterns, OOP etc.

• Should have experience in all the phases of SDLC

• Must have experience in leading a team. (At least 2-3 people)

• Be an expert in ruby on rails with experience OR from Fintech, Wealth Management OR Investment

• Management Domain with experience in any of the programming languages (Java/Python/Ruby).

• Breadth of experience in multiple technologies, tools, frameworks and processes is a big plus.

• Excellent understanding of core computer science concepts like algorithms, data structure,

Software design patterns, OOP etc. Be able to lead the team in design & architecture discussions,

introduce new tools, concepts & process to the team and guide other members of the team.

• Experience working in an agile team with software engineering practices like automated testing,

test- driven-development, continuous integration etc is a big plus.
