Job Summary :

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Senior Python Developer to join our dynamic engineering team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in web application development using Python and related frameworks. A passion for writing clean, scalable code and solving complex technical challenges is essential for success in this role.

Mandatory Skills : Python (3.x), FastAPI or Flask, PostgreSQL or Oracle, ORM, API Microservices, Agile Methodologies, Clean Code Practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

• 7+ Years of hands-on experience in Python (3.x) development.
• Strong proficiency in FastAPI or Flask frameworks.
• Experience with relational databases like PostgreSQL, Oracle, or similar, along with ORM tools.
• Demonstrated experience in building and maintaining API-based microservices.
• Solid grasp of Agile development methodologies and version control practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.

Nice to Have :

• Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or other cloud providers.
• Exposure to Kubernetes and container orchestration tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Talent Acquisition: Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies aligned with Tanya IT Hub's business objectives and growth plans.
• End-to-End Recruitment Management: Oversee and manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from requisition creation to offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Team Leadership & Mentorship: Potentially lead and mentor a small team of recruiters, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
• Sourcing & attraction: Identify and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates, utilizing various channels including job boards, social media, professional networks, and direct outreach.
• Employer Branding: Collaborate with marketing and leadership to enhance and promote Tanya IT Hub's employer brand, making us an employer of choice in the IT industry.
• Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with hiring managers and department heads, providing expert advice and guidance on recruitment best practices, market trends, and talent availability.

As a Senior Software Engineer, you need to have:
● Advanced knowledge of PHP, Nodejs, MySQL, HTML/CSS, Javascript etc.
● Some experience in managing engineering teams of 5-20 people.

Work Details:
● Your work will involve managing software development team via web and mobile
technologies like PHP/Laravel, MySQL, Node.js, MongoDB, React, Angular, Ionic, AWS
etc.
● Lead, Coach and mentor a strong and passionate team of web and mobile Engineers and Designers
● Drive new features and improve performance
● Define or Review architectural standards and processes
● Drive performance analysis and optimization efforts
● Help set and fulfil the engineering hiring plan for the team including sourcing, screening
and interviewing
● Represent the team in engineering and product meetings
● Work with teams across Squareboat to ensure a seamless user experience for our
client's customers
● Champion continuous improvement to help raise the bar on quality, performance and

● Keep abreast of the changes in the industry and champion new technologies and

You need to have:
● 5+ years of relevant software development experience
● Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related
technical discipline
● A good understanding of the software development lifecycle
● Some interesting side projects you have done or a Github profile with real open source
contributions will be a big plus

• Design and build applications for the iOS platform

MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:

• Proficient in native development with Swift and Objective-C
• Experience building interface components and experiences using Swift UI and WebKit and understanding their limitations
• Knowledge and experience working with the MVVM design pattern
• Prior experience with knowledge of Git and GitHub
• Knowledge of iOS back-end services
• Knowledge of Apple’s design principles and application interface guideline
• Understanding of the full software development lifecycle
• Familiarity with security best practices for software development

Job Description :-

• Have intermediate/advanced knowledge of Python.
• Hands-on experience with OOP in Python. Flask/Django framework, ORM with MySQL, MongoDB is a plus.
• Must have experience of writing shell scripts and configuration files. Should be proficient in bash.
• Should have excellent Linux administration capabilities.
• Working experience of SCM. Git is preferred.
• Should have knowledge of the basics of networking in Linux, and computer networks in general.
• Experience in engineering practices such as code refactoring, design patterns, design driven development, Continuous Integration.
• Understanding of Architecture of OpenStack/Kubernetes and good knowledge of standard client interfaces is a plus.
• Code contributed to OpenStack/Kubernetes community will be plus.
• Understanding of NFV and SDN domain will be plus.
