Power Business Intelligent Developer

Required Skills and Experience:

• 5 - 11 years of experience in front-end development, with a strong focus on React.js.
• Proven experience with React.js and related technologies (e.g., Redux, React Router, Hooks, Context API).
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern front-end build tools (e.g., Webpack, Babel, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs, Server Sent Events, WebSocket's
• Hand’s on experience with web components, micro frontends
• Deep understanding of browser apis like history, intersection observer, event handling, virtual panes, drag and drop etc
• Ability to work on a complex and fast moving code base.
• Familiarity with TypeScript and its integration with React applications.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Objectives of this Role

• Own overall relationship with assigned clients, which includes managing on-boarding, implementation, training, increasing adoption, ensuring retention, and high levels of customer satisfaction
• Maintain and develop customer success strategies and best practices, as well as customer support content, with the help of the creative team
• Communicate effectively with both internal and external senior-level management to understand customer needs, maximize retention and growth, and communicate learnings

Daily and Monthly Responsibilities

• Serve as day-to-day contact for assigned accounts, building trust and rapport while identifying areas of opportunity, highlighting best practices, and documenting them
• Review the customer journey, identifying how it’s supported, taking a consultative approach in helping clients overcome issues and achieve goals
• Collaborate, problem solve, and/or strategize upcoming client meetings with team members
• Prepare necessary documentation or visuals for client to demonstrate performance of campaigns; analyze trends in NPS scores to identify areas of improvement
• Work with the sales and marketing team to drill customer references and develop case studies

Requisites

• 0-3 years of experience in communications, marketing, sales, account management, or customer success
• Strong verbal and written communication, strategic planning, and project management skills
• Analytical and process-oriented mindset
• Comfortable working across multiple departments in a deadline-driven environment
• Active team player, self-starter, and multitasker who can quickly adjust priorities
• Readiness to travel to client location as and when required

• Preparing and designing rough draft illustrations according to client specifications.
• Creating complete illustrations by combining painting, hand-drawn and digitally created images.
• Refining image design using illustration software.
• Enhancing the design concept using a wide range of colours and graphics.

What we are seeking

We are seeking a talented Godot Game Developer to join our team. The Godot Game Developer will be responsible for creating and implementing high-quality game mechanics and features using the Godot game engine. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of programming concepts and a passion for creating immersive and engaging game experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement game mechanics and features using the Godot engine
• Collaborate with the game design team to develop and iterate on gameplay ideas
• Work with the art team to integrate and optimize 3D assets and animations
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code
• Debug and troubleshoot issues as they arise
• Contribute to the development of the overall project roadmap and schedule

Requirements:

• 3-5 years Experience with game development using Godot
• Proficiency with GDScript programming and the Godot engine
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Excellent communication skills
• A portfolio of game development work is a plus

• Lead the People & Culture practices across the organization
• Actively identify gaps, and deploy impactful people strategies that enable the organization to mitigate risk, perform effectively, and scale efficiently as it grows.
• Implementation of relevant HR Tech tools to do HR process automation.
• Manage the hire to retire employee life cycle & employee experience across the organization.
• Play a key role in working with managers on change management and talent management initiatives.
• Manage people initiatives like OKRs, One on One Feedback, Employee surveys, Employee development, L&D, Employee Wellbeing etc
• Drive people & culture practices with data driven insights. 

• MBA in HR from premier colleges like IIMK, XLRI, TISS & similar. 
• Experience: Range of 5+ years and one of the experiences should be with a startup or technology company. 
• Should have experience of managing teams at a global level. 
• Extensive knowledge of HR automation tools and software.
• Strong experience in planning, creating, and implementing HR strategies.
• Solid understanding of people analytics.
