• Proficiency in Unity3D and C# programming language.
• Strong understanding of unity 3d and 2d principles and best practices.
• Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.

• Familiarity with VR/XR/AR hardware and platforms, including Oculus, HTC Vive, HoloLens, and ARKit/ARCore.

Key Responsibilities:

● Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations.

● Manage the recruitment process, including developing job descriptions, posting job openings, screening resumes, and conducting interviews.

● Develop and implement employee training and development programs to ensure that employees have the necessary skills to perform their jobs effectively.

● Manage employee relations issues, including grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary actions.

● Oversee the performance management process, including setting performance goals and providing feedback and coaching to employees. ● Manage the compensation and benefits program, including developing and implementing competitive compensation and benefits packages.

● Maintain HR records and ensure that employee files are up-to-date and accurate.

● Develop and implement HR metrics to measure the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives.

● Partner with senior leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that support the overall goals of the organization.

Requirements:

● Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.

● Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, team management, and employee relations.

● Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.

● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

● Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

● Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

● Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.

● Strong organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities:

● Support the entire application lifecycle (concept, design, test, release and support)

● Produce fully functional mobile applications writing clean code

● Gather specific requirements and suggest solutions

● Write unit and UI tests to identify malfunctions

● Troubleshoot and debug to optimize performance

● Design interfaces to improve user experience

● Liaise with the Product development team to plan new features

● Ensure new and legacy applications meet quality standards

● Research and suggest new mobile products, applications and protocols

● Stay up-to-date with new technology trends

Requirements and skills:

● Proven work experience as a Mobile developer

● Demonstrable portfolio of released applications on the App Store or the Android market

● In-depth knowledge of at least one programming language like Flutter Java

● Experience with third-party libraries and APIs

● Familiarity with OOP design principles

● Excellent analytical skills with a good problem-solving attitude

● Ability to perform in a team environment

● BSc degree in Computer Science or relevant field

E-commerce solution sales is preferred

Identify new business opportunities through research and analysis of market trends and customer 

Source new sales opportunities through outbound reach, cold emails, skype chats or phone calls or anything to reach out to prospective customers

Execute planned sales activities and develop a target list of high potential new customers

Attend industry events and conferences to network and generate new business opportunities

Achieve monthly & quarterly quotas

Perform effective online demos to prospects and Create and deliver sales presentations to prospective clients

Tasks/Responsibilities:

• Refine the functionality of webshop design and its features.
• Designing and building the website front-end.
• Designing and managing the website back-end including database and server integration.
• Generating/Integrating WordPress themes and plugins.
• Conducting website performance tests.
• Troubleshooting content issues.
• Monitoring the performance of the live website.

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a WordPress developer(themes & plugins).
• Knowledge of front-end technologies including CSS3, JavaScript, HTML5, and jQuery.
• Knowledge of code versioning tools including Git and SVN.
• Knowledge of deployment of WordPress installations.
• Experience working with debugging tools such as Chrome Inspector and Firebug.
• Good understanding of website architecture and aesthetics.
• Ability to drive given topic.
• Good communication skills.
