Hiring for Node Js developer 
Requirements
 Candidate should have at least 4-6 years of experience in enterprise web application
development using NodeJS on server side along with MongoDB and Express.
 Knowledge of RESTful API is a must.
 Experience with NodeJS based frameworks (example - NestJS) is highly preferred.
 Experience with code optimization as well as has in depth understanding about
asynchronous programming.
 Strong analytical skills and can come up with out of the box solutions.
 Experience in end to end web development.
 Experience with No SQL (Mongo preferred) databases with data migration Strategies
 Strong knowledge in Object-Oriented Programming Concepts and Data Structures along with
Node JS best practices.
 Experience in Unit Testing in NodeJS (Chai and Mocha) is a must.
 Exposure to continuous deployment and integration process.
 Exposure with Docker and Orchestration software.
 Experience with Redis is added advantage.
 Experience with RabbitMQ and Kafka is added advantage
 Experience with Nginx and HA Proxy is added advantage
 Experience in scalable microservices is must.
 Deep in depth understanding about design pattern.

RESPONSIBILITIES
The Senior Software development engineer core responsibilities include technically leading a
small team of software development engineers along with writing code in a highly modular,
scalable, maintainable, unit tested platform. You will be working in a fast-paced, agile, dynamic
work environment that has an immediate business impact.

MUST HAVE
● You have 5-7 years of relevant Industry experience.
● You have experience in technically leading a small team of highly motivated engineers,
in guiding them in understanding of requirements, in architecture/design (high level/low
level) of the applications, in best coding and QA practices, in reviewing their software
artefacts.
● You are a rockstar programmer/coder - should be able to convert requirements/design
into code fluently.
● You have a strong concept in design principles, patterns.
● You have good experience in Linux OS.
● You have a solid foundation in computer science, with strong competencies in data
structures, algorithms and software design.
● Have a penchant for solving complex and interesting problems.
● Worked in startups like environment with high levels of ownership and commitment.
● BTech, MTech or PhD in Computer Science or related Technical Discipline - preferably
from premier Engineering colleges.
● Good skills to write unit & integration tests with reasonable coverage of code &
interfaces.

NICE TO HAVE
● Knowledge of databases, Cloud, preferably AWS
● Experience in Python, Python frameworks and libraries, and NodeJS.

JD :- Hands on experience on Event Broker Design and solution with Solace and having good Node Js experience.
Worked on Containerized microservices solution., node/express, docker/Kubernetes

Additional Skill:-, Experience with API Gateways: authentication and transformations (preferably with Kong),
Having worked on Event Broker Governance, Platform Communication and Integration Strategies, Event Management between Enterprise Systems
Roles – Lead ( upto 6 years of experience) and Architect ( 7+ years of experience) profiles

- B.E/M.C. A Or B.C.A Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, MIS, Or Similar Relevant Field
