About the role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Manual QA Engineer to join our quality assurance team. The ideal candidate has 5–7 years of experience in manual testing and a deep understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC). You will be responsible for ensuring the quality, reliability, and usability of our software products through rigorous manual testing.

Responsibilities

● Create, execute, and maintain detailed test cases, test plans, and test strategies based on project requirements.

● Perform various types of manual testing, including functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing.

● Identify, document, and report software defects and inconsistencies using a bug tracking system.

● Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand product requirements and ensure quality throughout the development process.

● Analyze and troubleshoot issues to provide detailed and accurate bug reports with clear steps to reproduce.

● Participate in requirement reviews and provide valuable feedback to improve the overall quality of the product.

● Contribute to the enhancement of testing processes and methodologies

Salesforce Developer + CPQ Billing

Job Description:

·        Minimum 8+years of Salesforce Development experience (Mandatory).

·        Mandate to have CPQ object development experience.

·        Experience doing major transformation from Classic to Lightning.

·        Strong experience with Lighting Web Component (LWC) programming skills.

·        Good experience with Apex Triggers, Batch Classes and @Future Methods, Controllers Calling REST web services from Apex, generating and parsing JSON in Apex Visualforce Pages and Components Visualforce Remoting Effective Apex unit testing, including web service mocking.

·        Must have experience in the Sales Cloud (Mandatory), Service Cloud.

·        Must have experience in Salesforce integration patterns, including application programming interfaces (API) and bulk data uploads.

·        Experience with Release Management, Source Control, and Deployment concepts and technologies such as ANT, SFDC Metadata API, Jenkins, Git (Code Commit) and DevOps in a Salesforce environment.

·        Require excellent English communication skills.

Role: Book Designer

Requirements :

● Strong skill set in editorial design, visual design, and information design.

● Translate complex topics visually, through design research, layouts, and other design aspects.

● Proficiency in Adobe InDesign is a must ( Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop is a plus).

● Experience of a minimum of 3 years as a Graphic Designer working on editorial projects, print media projects, or as a Print Production Artist.

● Candidates must have a Bachelor of Design degree in Graphic Design, Print Design, Communication Design or any other related branches.

● Possess a creative flair, originality, good visual aesthetic sense, and research skills.

Roles & Responsibilities: 

• Responsible for the implementation and support for Safetrax tool for large corporates and fleet partners 
• Act as single point contact for all client queries. 
• Serve as a primary point-of-contact for Client satisfaction and act as the liaison between the clients, sales and other functional groups. 
• Managing the entire show of Account Management and supporting clients.
• Owning the long term as well as the short-term growth strategy of the account(s).
• Participate in internal planning activities to develop schedules and align resources for projects and support activities. 
• Showcasing a consulting mindset by acting as a solution provider rather than an order taker. 
• Find opportunities to bring in automation/orchestration in order to enhance client service experience. 
• Respond to queries from potential and existing customers, communicate Safetrax's value proposition and negotiate deals successfully. 
• Understand client needs and address within defined TAT 

Knowledge & Experience: 

• Bachelor's degree and demonstrated prior Account/Service Management experience.
• Information Technology experience 
• Strong written and oral communication skills. 
• Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint ) 
• Strong aptitude for learning new technologies and processes and an understanding of how to apply these in a customer facing environment 
• Understand technical risks and supportability parameters 
• Strong decision-making skills.

• The ability to farm the account through relationship management.

Job description:

• Thorough understanding of React Native and its core principles- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model
• Experience in React Js, Javascript, Ruby on Rails (preferred)- Experience with popular React workflows (such as Flux or Redux)
• Familiarity with newer specifications of ECMAScript (ES6 & ES5 )- Knowledge of isomorphic React is a plus
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs- Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL preferred)
• Working knowledge of git for version control- Understanding of Unix tools
