Position: Technical Support L1 - AD & Exchange
Experience Level: 2+ Years
External Skills And Expertise
and concise manner.
Monitor alert dashboards and Maintain Alert and Ticket SLA and
ensure their SLO are achieved.
Interact with partners to provide support via phone and ticket system
and answer user inquiries regarding the alerts.
Diagnose and troubleshoot issues related to MS Patching, AD,
Exchange, Mail Flow Monitoring, and Device Down based on the
alerts generated on Windows Servers.
The candidate has to work 24*7 shifts.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Patching.
Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
The ability to effectively communicate through phone, chat, and email
is required.
Server level technical skills: server builds and administration, support,
virtual environment administration.
Ability to work on multiple issues simultaneously in a fast-paced
environment.
Ability to work within a team environment as well as work
independently, while maintaining a high level of efficiency
Employment Mode: Contract to hire (Full time opportunity)
Work Mode: Work from office

1. ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1.1. Implement next generation intelligent data platform solutions that help build high performance distributed systems.
1.2. Proactively diagnose problems and envisage long term life of the product focusing on reusable, extensible components.

2. PRIMARY SKILL REQUIRED
2.1. Having a 2-6 years of core software product development experience.
2.2. Experience of working with data-intensive projects, with a variety of technology stacks including different programming languages (Java,
Python, Scala)
2.3. Experience in building infrastructure required for optimal extraction, transformation, and loading of data from a wide variety of data
sources to support other teams to run pipelines/jobs/reports etc.
2.4. Experience in Open-source stack
2.5. Experiences of working with RDBMS databases, NoSQL Databases
2.6. Knowledge of enterprise data lakes, data analytics, reporting, in-memory data handling, etc.
2.7. Have core computer science academic background

3. Optional Skill Required:

- Work with Angular2, NodeJS, Meteor, and MongoDB as the stack to develop newer functionalities for our platform

- Configuring CAD Managers
- Experience in SAP/ERP Integration using T4S or T4EA configuration experience preferred
- Import/Export Administration (Like PLMXML) preferred
- Good knowledge of Teamcenter & AWC Architecture. Hands-on installation experience on 4 tier, AWC & Dispatcher preferred
- Configure & Build solutions on Teamcenter to meet business process and customer requirements.
- Responsible for delivery of technical solution that spans Teamcenter and integrations with Teamcenter.
- Good understanding of Product Life Cycle Management concepts and their application in the area of Mechanical Design, Manufacturing process management, Bill of Materials, Document Management, Product change/configuration management and collaborative product development
- Experience of performing deployment in non-production & production environments preferred
