About the Role

Websites.co.in is looking for a Full Stack Developer Intern to support our engineering team across backend and frontend development. You will work on real product features and fixes across our website builder platform used by small businesses globally. This role is designed for learners who want practical full stack exposure.

You will mainly assist, build small modules, fix bugs, and improve existing features under guidance.

What You Will Do

• Assist in building and updating features using basic PHP and Laravel
• Work on simple database queries and data handling
• Help create and modify REST API endpoints
• Build and improve basic responsive UI using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Connect frontend pages with backend APIs using AJAX and JSON
• Fix minor bugs across frontend and backend code
• Support simple third party API integrations
• Use Git for basic version control tasks
• Learn and work with existing codebase and modules

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of PHP and any MVC framework preferred
• Basic understanding of Laravel concepts is a plus
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Basic understanding of databases like MySQL
• Familiar with REST API basics
• Exposure to Git
• Has done at least one academic or personal web project
• Willingness to learn and take feedback

Clipboard Health - an alumnus of Y combinator is an online marketplace offering no-commitment staffing for healthcare facilities and on-demand shifts for healthcare professionals. Clipboard Health works with healthcare facilities such as hospitals, assisted living facilities, and rehab centers to provide on-demand nursing staff. Their mission is to enable healthcare professionals to work when they want, and where they want, and to enable healthcare facilities to get staff when they need it.

Tech stack: MERN (MongoDB, Express, React.js and Node.js)

• 4+ years experience in MERN stack
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.

• Contribute at a senior level to the development process
• Own the product engineering lifecycle with the team

The software development department handles all aspects of delivery related to our custom software applications and services - everything that it takes to turn an idea into working software and delivering value to our users. The department is structured into cross-functional, self-organising teams that work together on projects, short and long, alongside product designers and key business stakeholders.

We are looking for a full time Full-Stack Engineer, Software Development to be part of one of our Hyderabad-based cross-functional software development teams, helping to build the software that powers our educational offering. The ideal candidate will have a strong customer focus, a track record of delivering high-quality products in a continuous delivery environment, and an appreciation for clean and simple code. NewGlobe especially values “T-shaped” team members – individuals with expertise in a particular area, but an interest in working across all parts of the technology stack and aspects of delivery.

• Design, implement, and support new products and features
• Ensure software is built with an eye towards quality, maintainability, and scalability
• Collaborate with project sponsors to elaborate requirements and facilitate trade-offs that maximise customer value
• Work with product and development teams to establish overall technical direction and product strategy

• BA/BS in Computer Science or related technical field
• 2+ years of enterprise software development experience in C#, especially .NET Core, and relational databases, especially MS SQL Server and Vue.js in the front end.
• Ability to function well in a fast-paced, informal environment where constant change is the norm and the bar for quality is set high
• Familiarity with continuous delivery practices and tools (e.g Jenkins, Bamboo, GoCD, Octopus)
• Experience in any of the following areas are a plus (and interest a must):

                    Test-Driven Development (TDD) and Behaviour Driven Development (BDD)

                    Cloud environments (esp. AWS) and Containerisation (Docker)

                     Web stacks associated with single-page applications (SPAs) and progressive web applications (PWAs)

                     Other languages and ecosystems (e.g. NodeJS, Ruby, functional languages, NoSQL DBs)

• Experience with caching implementation using Redis
• Experience with Elastic Search will be an added advantage.
• Previous exposure to leading a team of 3 or more full stack developers will be an added advantage
