About Us:

We are a UK-based conveyancing firm dedicated to transforming property transactions through cutting-edge artificial intelligence. We are seeking a talented Machine Learning Engineer with 1–2 years of experience to join our growing AI team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work on scalable ML systems and Generative AI applications in a dynamic and impactful environment.

Responsibilities:

Design, Build, and Deploy Scalable ML Models

You will be responsible for end-to-end development of machine learning and deep learning models that can be scaled to handle real-world data and use cases. This includes training, testing, validating, and deploying models efficiently in production environments.

Develop NLP-Based Automation Solutions

You'll create natural language processing pipelines that automate tasks such as document understanding, text classification, and summarisation, enabling intelligent handling of property-related documents.

Prototype and Implement Generative AI Tools

Work closely with AI researchers and developers to experiment with and implement Generative AI techniques for tasks like content generation, intelligent suggestions, and workflow automation.

Integrate ML Models with APIs and Tools

Integrate machine learning models with external APIs and internal systems to support business operations and enhance customer service workflows.

Maintain CI/CD for ML Features

Collaborate with DevOps teams to manage CI/CD pipelines that automate testing, validation, and deployment of ML features and updates.

Review, Debug, and Optimise Models

Participate in thorough code reviews and model debugging sessions. Continuously monitor and fine-tune deployed models to improve their performance and reliability.

Cross-Team Communication

Communicate technical concepts effectively across teams, translating complex ML ideas into actionable business value.

·      Design, build, and deploy scalable ML and deep learning models for real-world applications.

·      Develop NLP-based and Gen AI based solutions for automating document understanding, classification, and summarisation.

·      Collaborate with AI researchers and developers to prototype and implement Generative AI tools.

·      Integrate ML and Gen AI models with APIs and internal tools to support business operations.

·      Work with CI/CD pipelines to ensure continuous delivery of ML features and updates.

·      Participate in code reviews, debugging, and performance optimisation of deployed models.

·      Communicate technical concepts effectively across cross-functional teams.

Essentials From Day 1:

Security and Compliance:

         • Ensure ML systems are built with GDPR compliance in mind.

         • Adhere to RBAC policies and maintain secure handling of personal and property         data.

Sandboxing and Risk Management:

         • Use sandboxed environments for testing new ML features.

         • Conduct basic risk analysis for model performance and data bias.

         • Use sandboxed environments for testing and development.

         • Evaluate and mitigate potential risks in model behavior and data pipelines

Qualifications:

·      1–2 years of professional experience in Machine Learning and Deep Learning projects.

·      Proficient in Python, Object-Oriented Programming (OOPs), and Data Structures & Algorithms (DSA).

·      Strong understanding of NLP and its real-world applications.

·      Exposure to building scalable ML systems and deploying models into production.

·      Basic working knowledge of Generative AI techniques and frameworks.

·      Familiarity with CI/CD tools and experience with API-based integration.

·      Excellent analytical thinking and debugging capabilities.

·      Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective team collaboration.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree, often in education, administration, or a related field.
• 2+ years of teaching experience in an educational setting, providing a solid foundation in classroom management.
• Excellent communications and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and handle administrative duties effectively, ensuring smooth operations within the academic environment.

• Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.

• Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through calling, networking and social media.

• Designing and implementing marketing plans for the company products.

• Answering to client queries about product specifications and uses.

• Develop relationships with existing customers and keeping touch with them.

• Work with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Find new business opportunities and customers.

• Contact potential customers to showcase company products or services.

• Use of social media like LinkedIn, after connecting to customers dropping emails like an introductory template or a pdf, scheduling demos and sending proposals and sales.

• 5to 7 years plus experience having implemented Adobe Experience Manager based Solution in a large scale environment
• Deep understanding of Adobe AEM, Apache Sling, Servlets
• Experience developing applications, templates, and components for the Adobe AEM product (WCM, DAM, CRX)
• Experience customizing workflows and integration with other enterprise systems
• Demonstrated experience with Java, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and related technologies
• Expertise in Java, web development experience, and other Content management system experience.
• Great understanding of Web technologies like XML, HTML, Client Server-side scripting languages such as JavaScript, JSP, and web services development using RESTful implementations.
• Should have exposure on the continuous integration build tools and code quality tools

Responsibilities

• Develop digital consumer experiences based on a foundation of the Adobe AEM product suite, including AEM, CRX, Target, and DAM
• Translate marketing and website needs into AEM specific recommendations and solutions
• Leverage AEM, other state-of-the-art technologies, and integration patterns to solve cross-departmental challenges
• Design and improve internal development methodologies around Adobe AEM solution
• Develop front end and back end components using AEM

• Support for Incident and Request management tasks as assigned.
• Administration and understanding of the following network services to support Incident and Request tasks as assigned:
• Palo Alto Firewalls
• LAN Routing and Switching
• Microsoft Azure Networking – Vnets, Express Route, Vnet Peering, VPN Gateways
• LAN to LAN VPN Tunnels
• Arista Network devices
• Work with Networking Monitoring tools such as one or more of the following: Solar Winds, Splunk, Prime, NetMRI, Nagios
• Work directly with telecom carriers and Network infrastructure maintenance providers as needed, such as Verizon, Tata, Bharti, and Cisco.
• Maximize network performance by monitoring performance, troubleshooting network problems and outages, scheduling upgrades, and collaborating with network architects on network optimization
• Supports routing and switching and work on BGP, OSPF protocols
• Support China retail store infrastructure and data center through on-call rotations

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate or above
• 6-7 years experience in LAN/WAN Routing including 2 or more years of LAN/WAN Administration experience within a multi-platform technical environment.
• In-depth understanding of voice and/or data technologies and subject matter expert in at least one area.
• Cisco Certified or equivalent combination of knowledge and experience.
• Understanding on IPsec, VPNs, GRE, NAT/PAT over varied platforms
• Expert knowledge of all LAN switching technologies eg Spanning Tree, VLAN management, and VTP concepts on Cisco, Nexus, and Arista
• Good understanding of MPLS routing and OSPF routing
