• Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and other possible sources.
• Set up meetings with potential clients and convert them to closures.
• Making Outbound Calls, generating new opportunities & nurturing the opportunities generated
• Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects.
• Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
• Work with the teams (External/Internal) to develop and grow the sales pipeline to consistently meet desired goals.
• Data-driven analysis with strong attention to detail and ability to execute within a matrix team structure.
• Sharing quotations to customers through email on real-time basis
• Communicating with customers on over phone & over email.
• Build strong relationships with clients to increase sales and customer satisfaction.
• Meet or exceed Monthly / Quarterly / Yearly sales targets by closing deals and negotiating contracts.
• Provide excellent customer service by responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner with collaboration of support team. Prepare and present proposals and demonstrations to clients.
• Prepare and submit sales reports and forecasts to management.

Data Analyst

The Data Analyst supports business stewards in the implementation of and best practices for data quality concepts and tools. He/she will be accountable for providing and implementing end-to-end solutions for large complex projects and executing data quality processes. This role operationally supports the larger sales and marketing operations in the organization and partners with the business ops team and other business partners to analyze, troubleshoot and resolve issues through troubleshooting and root cause analysis. The Data Analyst be responsible to conduct extensive research on Web portals to capture various information relevant to the business. The analyst will also build reports and data sets to monitor data quality to ensure crisp data is available to drive decision-making. As a key member of the Business Operations team, the Data Analyst will be responsible for the quality and integrity of the data housed in core business systems, including Salesforce.com and Marketo, among others

What You’ll Do (but is not limited to)

• Raising data quality and performance levels in our organization, especially with respect to critical data elements, including accounts, contacts, leads, opportunities, and closed business.
• Establishing and maintaining a set of processes and controls aimed at ensuring data quality and integrity issues are surfaced and addressed on an ongoing basis
• Creating and publishing data hygiene reports so that the broader organization has visibility to the quality and integrity of the data at any given point in time as well as on an ongoing basis
• Ensuring best in class data sources are leveraged to enrich the quality of the data in our core systems
• Working closely with other members of the Business Operations team to surface and address data quality issues
• Ensuring that the data leveraged in core operational reporting is accurate and complete at all times
• Validating and processing data import inquiries
• Identifying, investigating, and managing the resolution and escalation of data quality issues
• Coordinating regular and ongoing data quality audits
• Coordinating various data cleanup tasks which include: deduping account and contact data, ensuring data enrichment via our standard tools is performed consistently and correctly, overseeing the SFDC account creation process to prevent duplicates and ensure all internal requirements are met

Your Qualifications 

• BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
• 1-year minimum in a data management role
• Extensive research Capabilities in Web Portals
• Knowledge Required on MS office especially Excel
• Hands on CRM Applications, Salesforce Preferred
• Knowledge on Duns and Bradstreet Hierarchy
• Fluency in English , Verbal as well as written
• Having aptitude for computer systems and software and have strong analytical abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain the end-to-end MLOps infrastructure from the ground up, leveraging open-source systems across the entire MLOps landscape.
• Creating pipelines for data ingestion, data transformation, building, testing, and deploying machine learning models, as well as monitoring and maintaining the performance of these models in production.
• Managing the MLOps stack, including version control systems, continuous integration and deployment tools, containerization, orchestration, and monitoring systems.
• Ensure that the MLOps stack is scalable, reliable, and secure.

Skills Required:

• 3-6 years of MLOps experience
• Preferably worked in the startup ecosystem

Primary Skills:

• Experience with E2E MLOps systems like ClearML, Kubeflow, MLFlow etc.
• Technical expertise in MLOps: Should have a deep understanding of the MLOps landscape and be able to leverage open-source systems to build scalable, reliable, and secure MLOps infrastructure.
• Programming skills: Proficient in at least one programming language, such as Python, and have experience with data science libraries, such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
• DevOps experience: Should have experience with DevOps tools and practices, such as Git, Docker, Kubernetes, and Jenkins.

Secondary Skills:

• Version Control Systems (VCS) tools like Git and Subversion
• Containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes
• Cloud Platforms like AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform

• Able to work on independent nodejs projects.
• Experience in mongoDB database queries. Able to write and manage complex DB queries .

Preferred Technical Expertise 

1. Expertise in Python programming.
2. Proficient in Pandas/Numpy Libraries.
