We're looking for a talented Trade Support Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments and can work both independently and collaboratively.

Roles/Responsibilities:

● Provide application support for high-performance quant trading systems (OMS, Algo Trading System, Real-time Market Data System, etc.)

● Work directly with quant traders, researchers, and developers to build trusted relationships and provide timely technical/functional support on a day-to-day basis ● Serve as subject matter expert and Point of Contact for front-office applications, databases, jobs and processes

● Proactively identify areas for improvement to ensure the long-term stability of the trading infrastructure. Collaborate continuously with other technology teams to enhance system workflows, environment setups and support procedures

● Own production issues, drive incident resolutions and manage follow-ups ● Manage projects to improve trading infrastructure, including documentation, report generation, system upgrades, capacity planning and performance benchmarking

Required Technical Qualification, Skills and Experience:

● Degree in Computer Science/Engineering

● Minimum of 5 years of application support experience in front-to-back, real-time trading systems

● In-depth experience/knowledge of EQ/FUT/OTC Trading infrastructure (OMS, Algo Trading System).

● Hands-on experience with scripting technologies and SQL

● Experience in automating processes and building reports using Python

● Familiarity with both Windows and Linux systems

● Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask while balancing competing priorities

● Good leadership skills and a strong command of written & spoken English.

Desired Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

● Cloud technologies (S3, RDS, Docker, AWS etc)

● Kibana, Grafana, Tableau like tools

● Knowledge of global markets and algorithms (VWAP, POV etc) ● Knowledge of computer networking

We are looking for an experienced Node.js Developer with at least 3-years of experience. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining server-side applications and building scalable applications using Node.js. It is a WFH/Remote, full-time position.
