Role & Responsibilities

• UX/UI Matchmaker: Lead end-to-end design for apps/web – from profile swipes to wedding planning flows. Turn "single" users into "success stories" with intuitive, delightful interfaces!
• Design System Guru: Build, own & evolve our Shaadi Design System (Figma-based) – components, tokens, guidelines that scale across products. No more design debt drama!
• B2C Superpowers: Deep-dive user research, A/B tests, & analytics in high-traffic consumer apps. Personalize journeys for 35M+ users – think AI matches, chat boosts & premium perks!
• Cross-Func Collab: Partner with PMs, Engg, & Data teams to ship fast. Mentor juniors, run critiques, & evangelize design thinking. Be the "design doctor" for sticky features!

Ideal Candidate

• Strong Product Designer, with focus on B2C Products
• Mandatory (Experience 1): Must have 5+ YOE in Product Design (both UI and UX) with atleast 2 year in B2C companies
• Mandatory (Experience 2): Must have atleast 1 year experience building or working with highly scaled Design systems in a B2C company (non-negotiable)
• Mandatory (Skills): Must have strong knowledge and experience of design with Ai tools(Figma Cloud, Chatgpt)
• Mandatory (Portfolio): Must have strong product design portfolio of Good B2C Products, with at least 2 detailed case studies
• Mandatory (Company): B2C Product companies, B2B experience with prior exposure to B2C is also acceptable (High scaled company, mostly unicorns)
• Mandatory (Stability): Must have stayed for a minimum of 2 years with each of the previous companies
• Mandatory (Note 1): CV must have portfolio link with at least 2 detailed case study
• Mandatory (Note 2): This will be a complete IC role
• Mandatory (Note 3): CTC is inclusive of 5%variable
• Preferred (Education): Graduate from Tier-1 colleges (IIT, NID, NIFT, BITS etc)

6 to 12 years of HR experience covering both strategic and operational HR

Proven experience scaling HR for multi-location / multi-state teams in fast-paced environments

End-to-end recruitment ownership (full-time, contractual, campus, interns)

Hands-on expertise in PMS (goal setting, performance reviews, feedback cycles)

Experience managing HR operations (onboarding, exits, payroll coordination, vendors)

Proficiency in HRIS/ATS, HR digitisation & people analytics/reporting

Strong stakeholder management, communication & leadership partnering

Bachelor’s degree in HR / Business / Psychology (MBA preferred)

Fluency in English & Hindi and willingness to travel

Role: Digital Marketing Manager - Google and Affiliates

What you will be doing

• Drive quality  user acquisition at scale through Google by creating exceptional  app campaigns and ads
• Analyse and optimize app installation ad campaigns to increase ROAS
• Research and implement new features and strategies to improve campaign effectiveness
• Develop and implement affiliate marketing strategies and campaigns to increase brand visibility, drive traffic, and acquire new customers.
• Grow and Scale  the affiliate network to increase the number of user acquisitions
• Negotiate and manage contracts, commissions, and terms with affiliate partners to ensure profitability and mutual benefits.
• Monitor and analyze affiliate performance, conversion rates, and ROI to identify areas for optimization,improvement and fraud prevention
• Monitor and analyze campaigns daily to meet goals
• Measure and report daily on the performance of digital marketing campaigns
• Collaborate with the Graphic Design team to create compelling creatives and promotional materials
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, design, and customer support, to optimize the customer journey and enhance the affiliate partner experience.
• Pushing our Digital marketing Strategies beyond industry best practices

What you will need

• Mandatory Hands on experience in Google UAC and MMP 
• Excellent skills in Excel and Data Querying
• Experience in using marketing data tools (Appsflyer/ Branch / Singular ) and marketing analytics
• Start-up background or willingness to work in a start-up environment
• Our ideal candidate has 1-4 years of digital marketing experience
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with affiliate partners.
• An analytical mind and an interest in the Digital marketing industry is a must

Role / Purpose - Lead Developer - API and Microservices

Must have a strong hands-on development track record building integration utilizing a variety of integration products, tools, protocols, technologies, and patterns.

• Must have an in-depth understanding of SOA/EAI/ESB concepts, SOA Governance, Event-Driven Architecture, message-based architectures, file sharing, and exchange platforms, data virtualization and caching strategies, J2EE design patterns, frameworks
• Should possess experience with at least one of middleware technologies (Application Servers, BPMS, BRMS, ESB & Message Brokers), Programming languages (e.g. Java/J2EE, JavaScript, COBOL, C), Operating Systems (e.g. Windows, Linux, MVS), and Databases (DB2, MySQL, No SQL Databases like MongoDB, Cassandra, Hadoop, etc.)
• Must have experience implementing API Service architectures (SOAP, REST) using any of the market-leading API Management tools such as Apigee and frameworks such as Spring Boot for Microservices
• Should have Advanced skills in implementing API Service architectures (SOAP, REST) using any of the market-leading API Management tools such as Apigee or similar frameworks such as Spring Boot for Microservices 
• Appetite to manage large-scale projects and multiple tracks
•  Experience and knowhow of the e-commerce domain and retail experience are preferred
•  Good communication & people managerial skills
