Key Responsibilities

·      Lead and manage the full recruitment cycle for contract, contract-to-hire, and full-time roles in the US market.

·      Drive sourcing strategies using Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, and internal ATS.

·      Manage a team of junior recruiters, provide mentoring, performance feedback, and support.

·      Handle client communications and delivery for key VMS/MSP and direct clients.

·      Negotiate rates, close candidates, and manage onboarding in coordination with internal stakeholders.

·      Maintain and track recruiting metrics (submittals, interviews, closures) and deliver on SLAs.

·      Stay current on industry trends, hiring patterns, and talent market intelligence.

Required Skills & Experience

·      5 to 8 years of hands-on experience in US IT Recruitment across various domains.

·      Deep knowledge of W2, C2C, and 1099 hiring models.

·      Proven experience with VMS portals like Fieldglass, Beeline, IQNavigator, etc.

·      Hands-on expertise in sourcing through Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and LinkedIn Recruiter.

·      Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with experience in client interaction.

·      Previous experience mentoring or leading a team is highly preferred.

·      Willingness to work onsite from our Trichy office.

Job Description :

• Responsible for Automating and orchestrating large scale application and database migration from on-prem to Cloud
• Expertise designing and developing enterprise grade architecture on Cloud
• Expertise in Cloud Security and create guidelines for its implementation
• Experience of managing enterprise grade cloud native Kubernetes cluster
• Expertise of the Infrastructure as a Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform, AWS CDK or other cloud native Iac services.
• Experience in monitoring tools like Prometheus & Grafana, Nagios/ CloudWatch/Data Dog/Zabbix and logging tools like Splunk/Logstash
• Rich experience in designing end to end CI/CD pipelines framework
• Must have Skills: AWS/Azure, Kubernetes, Terraform/AWS CDK, CICD

We are looking out for a Flutter Developer who will be running and designing product application features across various cross-platform devices. Someone who is passionate about code writing, solving technical errors, and taking up full ownership of app development. Role & Responsibilities

● An in-depth understanding of front-end languages like Flutter is a must, HTML, CSS3, JavaScript, and NodeJS.

● Experience in the development of Web App and code should be compatible with Android/iOS applications and have deployed them on Google Play/App Store.

● In-depth understanding of databases like PostgreSQL

● You will be writing readable and clear code using Dart that will be extensively documented for future use and upgrades.

● Familiarity using version control tools like Git, Subversion, etc., and IDEs like Android Studio, VS Code, etc.

● Knowledge of Dart programming language, Rest APIs, and integration of various APIs from third parties.

• The candidate will get an opportunity to work on AI/ML technologies using NodeJS for web applications.
• Deliver high-quality code in a fast-paced customer-facing product.
• Specify, design, and implement the functionality and behaviors of the web infrastructure.
