About the Role
As a Product Manager you will help define and create end-to-end products which starts from ideation all the way to product deployment based on customer needs. You will own the product end to end and will be liaising with UI/UX teams, developers, QA team members to ensure product feasibility and readiness.
Responsibilities
• Interview customers to understand new/existing product need and fit
• Working closely with senior stakeholders to understand business requirements and help translate these into technical requirements for the development team
• Define requirements for product features and work with UI/UX team to create mock-ups
• Work with front-end and back-end teams to oversee feature implementation
• Work with QA team to ensure testing excellence and product readiness
• Forming and testing hypotheses using data from various sources
• Doing product research to find the best-in-class approach to solving problems and designing the UX
• Owning a product roadmap, prioritizing a sequence of feature builds, and objectively measuring outcomes from product decisions

We are currently building our first product- a complete end-to-end S2P (source to pay) solution that modernizes and simplifies the interaction between suppliers and buyers while integrating into the client's ERP and accounting systems.

The L1/L2 Laptop/LAN Support Technician is responsible for providing technical assistance and support related to laptop and Local Area Network (LAN) systems. This role involves troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing hardware and software issues, ensuring minimal downtime, and providing excellent customer service to end-users. The technician will handle both Level 1 (basic) and Level 2 (intermediate) support tasks, escalating more complex issues to higher-level support teams when necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Technical Support:
- Provide first-level (L1) and second-level (L2) technical support for laptops, desktops, and LAN systems.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues related to laptops, desktops, printers, and other peripherals.
- Troubleshoot network connectivity issues, including wired and wireless connections.
- Install, configure, and update operating systems, drivers, and software applications.
2. Network Support
- Assist in the setup, configuration, and maintenance of LAN infrastructure, including routers, switches, and access points.

3. Hardware Maintenance

- Manage inventory of spare parts and equipment.
4. User Assistance
- Provide hands-on and remote support to end-users, guiding them through troubleshooting steps and resolving issues.

5. Incident Management
- Log and track support tickets using a ticketing system, ensuring timely resolution and follow-up.
