Job Description:

We are looking for a Junior B2B Sales Executive to identify potential business clients, generate leads, conduct meetings, and support the sales team in acquiring new customers. The candidate should have strong communication skills and be comfortable with field sales and client interactions.

Requirements:

• Fluent in Hindi, English, and Kannada (Mandatory)
• Basic knowledge of B2B sales and lead generation
• Freshers with a strong interest in sales are welcome

Strong enterprise sales executive profile

Mandatory (Experience 1):Must have 2+ years of selling B2B SaaS.

Mandatory (Experience 2): Must have 2+ of experience of selling to enterprise clients OR to manufacturing industry OR selling FinTech product, SAP Product sales/Finance ERP solutions (like invoice processing, vendor management, Source to pay, Compliance solutions).

Mandatory (Sales Skills):Must have experience in end to end sales from lead generation, prospecting, demos, proposal building, negotiation, and deal closure

Mandatory (Stability): Must have stable career history — no frequent job hopping

Mandatory (Note): Final round is F2F (client will handle the travel

• Initiate outbound calls to potential customers to introduce and promote products/services.
• Conduct follow-up calls to nurture leads.
• Build rapport with potential customers. 
• Identify potential leads through effective questioning and conversation.
• Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Efficiently manage call time to maximize productivity and achieve sales goals.
• Follow predefined scripts while adapting to customer responses to maintain consistency.

Role Description

The role is of a Full-stack Engineer who is motivated to actively contribute to the design and development of new product features and enhancements. The role is expected to contribute and support in delivering technical solutions for various problem.

Responsibilities

Hands-on experience to implement solutions using JavaScript(React JS & Node JS)

Develop web/mobile applications using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Type

Script, React,

In-depth knowledge in JavaScript including ES6+ and Typescript

Experience developing REST and GraphQL APIs with NodeJS and integrations with third-party solutions

Experience in React Native, Android or iOS Native is added advantage.

Working knowledge of SQL and NoSQL database technologies

Experience with TDD and writing robust Unit Test cases.

Exposure to CICD tools, including Git, Maven, Jenkins, Azure

DevOps, App Store deployments

Hands-on development to prototype technical solutions.

Knowledge of any cloud platform solutions (Azure, GCP)

Aware of Agile (Scrum) methodologies

Willing to adapt and learn new/emerging technologies.

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

BCA/ MCA / B.Tech. / B.E. / M.Tech. / M.S. in Computer Science

2 - 6 years of experience in development within product-based companies or R&D divisions.

Knowledge in Java, Object-Oriented Programming, Design Patterns, Data structures and algorithms

Role Introduction

Technical leads oversee a team of personnel focused on technical issues, including software development, product releases, and engineering tasks. They are responsible for the end to end operations of the Development team. They often evaluate their team's work processes and best practices and implement changes to streamline operations.
