Job Title: HR Trainee

Location: Pune - WFO

Employment Type: Internship

Duration: 6 Months

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process (job posting, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, etc.)
• Support the onboarding process for new hires, including documentation and induction programs
• Maintain and update employee records in HR databases and files
• Assist in drafting HR policies, notices, and internal communication
• Support payroll and attendance management activities
• Coordinate employee engagement activities and events
• Help in compliance-related documentation and audits
• Handle day-to-day HR queries from employees and escalate when necessary

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of HR functions and labor laws (preferred, not mandatory)
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality

Education & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

Upto 3 years of experience are only considered

Hands-on experience running Google Ads campaigns (primary focus)

Experience with Conversion Campaigns

Experience working with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Appsflyer, and Mixpanel

Experience managing a monthly Google Ads budget of more than 10 lakhs

Educational Background: Btech/ BCA and preferred from Tier 1 institution (IIT, NIT, DTU or equivalent)

Roles and Responsibilities

1.

Manage client relationships, and facilitators relationship at MHFAI for training and post-training support.

2.

Ideate, design, and implement program that focused on post-training support for mental health first-aiders.

3.

Leverage the new products of MHFAI to the clients that ensures implementation of mental health by building tools and guidelines (for organized groups).

4.

Oversee and facilitate MHFAI instructors for training and upskilling.

5.

Monitor and coordinate the MHFAI Awards program with all the stakeholders involved.

6.

Draft and initiate scientific research, and create tools required at workplace to measure mental health.

7.

Plan and manage webinars, events and activities to promote the idea of mental health at workplaces and educational institutions.

8.

Draft, design, manage and implement guidelines / resources with focus on mental health for the benefit of organized groups.

9.

Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in Learning and Development and / or mental health, and incorporate them into our training programs.

10.

Manage the Learning and Development budget, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively and efficiently.

11.

Provide support in other operational functions of MHFA as needed.

Requirements:

•

3-15 years in clinical work and / or mental health training

•

Qualification: Msc. Counselling Psychology

Msc. Applied Psychology (any specialization, preferably HR Specialization )

•

Experience in Clinical Practice / Research

•

Exposure to mental health training and created content or training on Mental Health for Adult

•

Experience of having previously worked in organized group is desirable

Information Security Manager shall be primarily responsible to :

• Run and manage the BAU security infosec operations
• Create and maintain ISMS Policy and Process documents
• Ensure Infosec compliance with RBI and other regulatory agencies
• Participate in IT / Infosec Audits and ensure closure of observations within given timeliness
• Conduct regular VAPT (Vulnerability Assessments) and track closure of open observations
• Identifying and evaluating new IT security technologies and services and implementing it
• Ensure cyber security related polices and technologies are in place
• Conducting regular Inforsec Awareness within users in the organization
• The person needs to work closely with the CISO and other stakeholders – Risk, IT and Audit teams.

Key Accountability:

• Ensuring adequate security controls are in place & working effectively within the organization for information & cyber security
• Ensuring effectiveness of all IT controls to prevent any unauthorized access or activities at a system administration level
• Identify potential security weaknesses through vulnerability assessments and track them to closure within the timeliness
• Tracking and reporting key risk indicators defined for IT processes
• Create and maintain the documentation for information system audits in accordance with regulatory and compliance requirements
• Create / Review ISMS policy and process
• Implement Strategic IT Infosec projects to strengthen the overall IT Security posture

Key Responsibilities:

• Student and Employer Engagement:Build and maintain relationships with employers to understand their hiring needs and promote opportunities for our students.
• Collaborate with faculty and departments to identify potential job placements that align with students' skills and aspirations.
• Provide information and guidance to students about available job and internship openings, application procedures, and interview techniques.
• Job Placement Coordination:Facilitate the job placement process by matching students with suitable job opportunities based on their qualifications and career goals.
• Coordinate job fairs, networking events, and employer presentations to create platforms for students to connect with potential employers.
• Assist students in preparing and refining their resumes, cover letters, and portfolios to enhance their chances of securing interviews.
• Database Management:Maintain an organized database of job listings, employer contacts, and student profiles for efficient job matching and tracking.
• Ensure accurate and up-to-date records of student placements and employment outcomes to measure the effectiveness of the placement program.
• Student Support: Offer career counseling and guidance to students by helping them define their career goals, identify their strengths, and develop job search strategies. Conduct mock interviews and provide feedback to students to enhance their interview skills and confidence.
• Employer Relations:Reach out to potential employers to create partnerships and expand the range of job opportunities available to students.
• Collect feedback from employers about student performance to continuously improve the quality of our graduates.

Experience & Skills Required 

Previously worked in any MNC for at least 6 months or worked in Top brand Engineering Colleges / universities for at least 2 years in placement division .

• Excellent communication and Drafting skills related to placement to industries 
• Awareness of Trending Technologies .
• Ready to Visit companies in Hyderabad / Bangalore / Pune
• Must have knowledge of recruitment pattern of product based companies .
• Ready to take challenge of placement even in recession , who can see the rising SUN behind the clouds before others .
• Impressive Personality with the capability of convincing others with SWOT analysis .
