Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Automation Tester with

hands-on experience in Cypress and Cucumber. The candidate will be responsible for

designing, executing, and maintaining automation scripts to ensure high-quality software

delivery. This role provides the opportunity to work with modern test automation

frameworks, collaborate in an Agile environment, and grow into a senior QA automation

professional.

Key Responsibilities

 Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Cypress and

Cucumber (BDD).

 Execute test cases and maintain automation suites for web and API applications.

 Collaborate with developers, QA leads, and product teams to define test scenarios

and acceptance criteria.

 Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to sprint testing

deliverables.

 Perform regression and smoke testing, ensuring stability across product releases.

 Identify, log, and track software defects; verify fixes in subsequent builds.

 Support the integration of automation test suites within CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins,

GitLab, Azure DevOps, etc.).

 Stay updated with emerging automation tools and continuously enhance testing

efficiency.

Required Skills & Competencies

 Strong hands-on experience with Cypress and Cucumber (BDD framework).

 Good knowledge of JavaScript or TypeScript for writing automation scripts.

 Experience in API testing using tools like Postman or RestAssured.

 Basic understanding of test frameworks such as Selenium, TestNG, or

Playwright (added advantage).

 Familiarity with version control systems (Git, Bitbucket).

 Solid understanding of STLC and Agile methodologies.

 Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.

 Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Python Developer with hands-on experience in AWS cloud services (Lambda, API Gateway, EC2), microservices architecture, PostgreSQL, and Docker. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, deploying, and maintaining scalable backend services and APIs, with a strong emphasis on cloud-native solutions and containerized environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain scalable backend services using Python (Flask, FastAPI, or Django).
• Design and deploy serverless applications using AWS Lambda and API Gateway.
• Build and manage RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines for efficient and secure deployments.
• Work with Docker to containerize applications and manage container lifecycles.
• Develop and manage infrastructure on AWS (including EC2, IAM, S3, and other related services).
• Design efficient database schemas and write optimized SQL queries for PostgreSQL.
• Collaborate with DevOps, front-end developers, and product managers for end-to-end delivery.
• Write unit, integration, and performance tests to ensure code reliability and robustness.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize application performance in production environments.

Required Skills:

• Strong proficiency in Python and Python-based web frameworks.
• Experience with AWS services: Lambda, API Gateway, EC2, S3, CloudWatch.
• Sound knowledge of microservices architecture and asynchronous programming.
• Proficiency with PostgreSQL, including schema design and query optimization.
• Hands-on experience with Docker and containerized deployments.
• Understanding of CI/CD practices and tools like GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or CodePipeline.
• Familiarity with API documentation tools (Swagger/OpenAPI).

Profile:

·      Head the product management for the 3rd party products including Smallcase, Mutual Funds, IPO, Insurance, Loan, Credit cards, Bank accounts, Gold, Bonds, etc.

·      Lead a team of 7-10 Product Managers

·      Responsible for revenue, market share, vol. of these products from 3 channels – online platforms, digital marketing, offline channels

·      Own process and product development for these products

·      Continuous competition tracking

·      Training the various channels on products

·      Coordinating with various teams to ensure timely completion of dependent activities

·      Responsible for timely responding and resolving client queries / complaints

·      Preparing volume/revenue/usage data reports

·      Work closely with; & manage expectations of; multiple stakeholders like Business, Marketing, Compliance, Risk, Design, Technology, Program, and External vendors

·      Single handedly take couple of product features from vision to launch stage

·      Preparing short-term and long-term roadmaps of the products/features

·      Define KPIs and set up benchmarks, to measure the performance of the product

·      The candidate should have an analytical mindset who should be able to use data at ease – in finding hidden patterns and for understanding user behavior

Qualification:

·      Min. 3 years of product management experience in owning/growing 3rd party products

·      Awesome communication and relationship building skill

·      Able to solve complex problems in an structured manner

Responsibilities:

• Design and build advanced hybrid mobile applications using React Native
• Lead the application development effort by being the SPOC
• Build hybrid apps using React Native for Android/iOS
• Publish apps to corresponding App store/Play store
• Implement new technologies to maximize application performance and optimize load time
• Collaborate with the back-end developer to build the RESTful APIs
• Research on emerging technologies and trends
• Participate in the planning and design of future software and technical architectures

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands on experience in the full life cycle of Hybrid mobile application development including publishing one or more apps to the play store & app store
• Must have developed Hybrid Mobile application using React. Hands on Working experience of React Native is a must.
• Experience developing back-end services preferably with NodeJS.
• Experience in developing apps on native Android/iOS platforms is a plus
• Experience in designing and working with n-tier architectures (UI, Business Logic Layer, Data Access Layer) along with some experience with service-oriented architectures (SOA)
• Strong skills in RESTful web services
• Experience with Agile methodologies would be helpful
